First trim since first lockdown, had forgotten what a treat going to the hairdresser is. Ron did a lovely wash, head massage, cut, style and blow-dry. Lots of useful info about products as well. I've been going to David Masters for years and will continue to do so.

Really pleased with the results, following my first time visit to David Master's salon in St Margaret's. Lauren understood what I wanted to achieve and did a great job: after a long lockdown left with me longhand pretty sad, lacklustre locks, I no longer feel invisible! My hair hadn’t been cut since December so needed to be completely restyled. After a chat with Ron he cut my hair exactly as I wanted plus I will be able to manage it myself which is a bonus. I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you Ron!

Ron is a superb barber/ hairdresser/ stylist, and a very nice human being. I thought I looked good before I went this morning, but he's made me look wonderful! Since I left the Salon everyone I pass in the street keeps staring at me.... Now I'm back home the cat is looking at me. I think it's because of the haircut. (I haven't fed her today). This makes me feel happy and super-confident.

Lovely friendly and communicative staff right from the point of booking online throught to my actual appointment. This is my second visit to the salon and having my hair coloured by Laura and I absolutely love it. The salon is very clean and great care taken with ensuring customers feel safe. We can’t wait to start serving teas and coffees again, etc (and don’t ask us about the joys of wearing a mask all day!) but it’s a small price to pay if it saves one life.

I’ve been a client of David Masters Richmond branch and always super happy with my results. The team were great to fit me in pre-lockdown at the St Margarets branch. However, I’m so disappointed with the result. I explained I don’t suit or like short layers and want looking to lose a lot of length. A trim and tidy. I’ve got short layers, much shorter hair and a style I don’t think suits me and will be hard to manage while I grow it out.
Something clearly got lost in translation and we’re really sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations on this occasion. Would you be kind enough to give us the opportunity to put things right? David will look into what happened and will call you personally. Obviously we can’t make your hair length grow overnight but if there’s anything we can do to improve the situation, we absolutely will.

Ron is very skilled and always manages to achieve the subtle colouring I love. Today was no exception and I am thrilled with the result! I also had a cut and blow dry. Thank you for your kind words. Ron’s always been a stylist that really cares about the end result and sometimes that takes time. We believe an extra few minutes in the salon is worth it for a haircut a client will be living with for the next six weeks. It's what sets us apart from the big chains. Glad you agree. :-)

Simona cut and styled my hair in an hour exactly as I wanted it, with skill and a wonderfully unfussy professionalism. Not so straightforward after 9 months of no salon visits on my part.
I am new to the area and had tried a few salons in Richmond which were average at best. I was absolutely delighted that my search for a great hairdresser has ended thanks to one of the best blow dries I’ve ever had (I usually have my hair blow dried once a week as it’s impossible for me to do properly). So a big thank you to Lucia for a super job.

I started getting my hair cut here quite a few years ago and I do have to admit Iv tried other places once or twice but iv never had such a good cut or hair care experience as here and Ron is simply so lovley
Amazing cut and finish yesterday. Super happy with hair that for once looks great and is in great condition. Fitted me in last minute and Ron was amazing!
Took my 2 boys (ages 4&7) to see Simona for their first haircuts after lockdown. This was our first visit to the salon, and it was a fantastic experience. The salon was very organised and we felt very safe during our visit, and Simona was fabulous. My boys both think she is the bees knees and I can’t fault her at all. She was friendly and understanding and gave them both a great haircut to boot!
