I have found the salon using google maps (needed something close to my place). Didnt expect too much. However it was great experience.

Remember, you can pop in any time for a complimentary fringe trim in between cuts so long as we have as stylist available at the time to do it. (So best avoid Saturdays which are usually booked up weeks in advance).

We agree with you about the products. There's something very special about Aveda products. They aren't the cheapest you’ll find on the market but their planted based nature makes gives them an extraordinary quality which we believe makes them good value. The only slightly ’negative’ feedback we get about Aveda products is that once you start using them, using anything other then Aveda feels a bit 'chemical and cheap'. And nobody wants that!

Have had my hair done by Lisa a few times and have been pleased with the result. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere in the salon and the staff are very friendly.

Great advice and service! Was my first time at David Masters and Michelle really listened to what I was looking for! Toned & cut my hair exactly as I was hoping for….lovely tea service as well!
David deserves a knighthood for his services to the industry. Except he's probably too humble. When I stumbled into his RICHMOND ☆ salon to buy Aveda, I had no notion of the genius talent within. He offered an immediate consultation. Luckily, I found an appointment for a cut and blow dry. Even though I'd rescheduled on a busy Saturday he was so kind, intuitive and polite. My long shaggy mane was not just tamed but transformed into glossy bouncy waves. I'm not going anywhere else for hair.

This was my third appointment with Scarlett who is an expert colourist. My highlights are superb. The salon is beautifully decorated and David makes all of the clients feel welcome and valued.

Have been going to David Masters for a few years and really like it. Just went in needing help with colour and Lisa got the highlights spot on! Natural look but a touch lighter than my natural shade. Love it. Great salon experience too - right balance of friendly and professional. Would recommend!

After getting a shorter cut, I felt my hair colouring needed a change. I've been coming to Lisa for years so I trust her skill and value her input and enthusiasm. I wanted to go darker as my snow white roots will show through quicker on my clippered sides. Lisa and I discussed it and planned a head design blending 3 shades of ash blonde. Result! I love my new look. I do like this salon, always a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
