I am very pleased with the hair do I've come home with everyone made me feel comfortable.
What I like best about the salon and everyone who has cut or coloured my hair is that they make it about you, not them: they look for what suits you, what you can maintain between visits and what makes you feel good. I get a lot of compliments about my hair, people often don’t realise it’s coloured - which I think says a lot about their skill.
This hairdresser listens to the customer and makes every appointment a successful visit for me . A truly talented and professional service from Scarlett.
David is brilliant and has been doing my hair for over 30 years. I would not dream of going anywhere else. When I visit David I leave it all to him and I leave like a new woman. I have never been disappointed. The new decor is very stylish.

Great hair cut by the very fabulous Sarah, who is a very skilled & experienced stylist. The salon is lovely, bright & airy with a nice, relaxed but professional ambiance. Thoroughly recommend it as easily the best hairdresser in the area - even though there are a lot to choose from! This is definitely a cut above, if you'll excuse the pun!!

I’ve been going to David Masters hair salon for years. I have top stylist Paula, who is terrific - but all the staff are very professional and friendly. The new decor adds to the welcoming atmosphere: lots of white, with warm lighting and soft, sophisticated music. Highly recommended!

Who doesn’t love a good blow dry? It’s an instant pick-me-up. Not so much as luxury as one of life’s essentials!
David Masters is the best local salon in Richmond. I feel bad admitting it but I have tried other places over the years but they either feel too corporate and rushed or offer super cheap prices but don’t give the same level of service or seem to care as much as they do at David Masters.

A common complaint we hear from new customers is that they didn’t get the attention or level of care from a large chain or those salons charging super cheap prices. To be fair, the hairdressers at such places are often under a lot of pressure and work within a culture of ‘get-‘em-in-get-'em-out’. We are the opposite of that.
We’re an independent business and we offer an individual based service putting your needs at the centre your experience. We believe your hair and a visit to the salon should be a personal thing.
