Of course, salons hope you will go on to choose them to carry out the work but a good salon will be happy just to offer advice if that’s all you want. Michelle is both professional and warm. She does a great job (including a special head massage during wash if you fancy it! And an excellent colour and cut.) She respects your requests and can be chatty and amusing or genuinely caring and quiet depending on your mood. I highly recommend her and her colleagues. I was late due to Richmond’s gridlock, David had already rung me to Sat Lisa was off sick. Due to me lateness (Richmond in gridlock) I arrived to fine Hayley ready and willing to do my colour/trim. In the end we settled for the trim only as it was getting too late for the colour. Hayley did so well.
