Had a wonderful experience. Found Aaliyah very thoughtful and asked what I wanted and I found that my colour was exactly as I wanted and my hair looks gorgeous.

Another excellent haircut and as ever an overall positive experience - start to finish. I’m particularly fussy about my hair and James listens and tries to accommodate my ever changing ideas how to cut / style to achieve the best result. I’ve never walked away disappointed. High praise to the rest of Temple Fortune team also, always welcoming, friendly and at times when I had to change appointments last minute very accommodating.

Nadia is just the best hair stylist I have ever had. My hair always looks so nice after she has cut it and everyone comments. She is lovely, professional and really understands what I need and want for my hair. Brilliant!

My hair was a real mess when I first came to Sophia and she has really sorted it out. The colour really works - looks natural and not too dark and my hair condition is great after taking on board some great recommendations from Sophia. She listens and then works her magic.

From the minute you walk in the door it is a relaxed experience and Kiril is attentive and always checks I am happy with what he is going to do making the experience an enjoable one.

Stylist and shampoo assistant were great. Receptionist not so great.

I arrived late (my husband had informed hobs temple fortune that I was running late). I got in about 22 minutes late, quite flustered as I ran in. Without asking me whether I wanted some
water or exchanging any pleasantries, the stylist ***** and the receptionist spoke to me rudely saying I was late! I said my husband did update you that I would be late and I tried to get in as soon as I can. I felt disappointed at the appalling customer service and did
not enjoy the experience in the least.

I like the atmosphere so much at Hob and the staff are all excellent. Simon persuaded me that I really didn't need a haircut..... that it looked pretty much exactly as it should, thereby doing himself out of an appointment! But I appreciated his opinion and integrity.

Simon is a true pro, a good friend and an excellent manager/leader of the salon. He is a good hairdresser and true gentleman.

Today I left HOB in Temple Fortune very happy. I had another fabulous haircut from Anna. She is so skilled at hair cutting and styling and very creative.
I am not someone who always wants the same haircut. I often want to change things up a bit. Anna always has great ideas and I fully trust her suggestions.
She puts all her passion for hairdressing into her haircuts and the results are amazing! She takes such care and pride and is very precise.
I have known Anna since she started working for HOB, many years ago. I have watched her progress and become a senior stylist. When Akin could no longer cut my hair, I had no doubt who I would go to for my next haircut and I have not looked back. Anna has been cutting my hair for many years now. I am lucky enough to get many compliments on my hair, from the day it is cut until the day I go for my next cut. Her haircut looks as good after 6-7 weeks, as it did on the day I walked out of the salon.

I wanted a new style, and James gave me a fab cut.

I had my hair colored by Sophia . My hair was badly damaged with different patches of color . It needed an experienced and professional coloring . I left it to Sophia to decide what needs to be done to bring back my hair to healthy and good color. I was very satisfied with the results. It was the best outcome . I was very happy. Sophia also advised me how to look after my hair and what product I should use. She was very pleasant and helpful. Made me to relax and offered me a drink . I enjoyed my time. I came out with a beautiful hair color and I had it cut with top and experienced stylists called

I had my hair cut with Anna. It was the first time that I had Anna for cutting my hair and I am very satisfied. It was the best cut I have ever had. Anna’s blow drying was also the best I have ever had. . I took photo and all my friends said such a beautiful and perfect job . Thank you Anna . I also had my hair colored by Sophia and I am very happy with the results. I left it to Sophia to choose the color and I am very satisfied with outcome. The best color I have ever had. . Sophia and Ann were pleasant and offered me drink and made me feel relax and feel good .

5 stars all the way. I love going to Amy. She’s so bright and friendly. It’s impossible to feel down in her company. And she does my hair brilliantly.

Good cut and nice stylist

Feel like my whole afternoon was wasted. My very long hair appointment went from 1-5:40pm.
I asked for a warm honey blonde, but the colour came out ashy-pink. **** argued with me, insisting she had used the colour recorded in my notes, despite the notes saying "next time make it warmer". I showed her the colour swatch I wanted, and the colour swatch matching my new hair colour, by holding both swatches against my hair, and she continued to insist that she had done the correct colour, despite it clearly not looking like the warm blonde swatch. Her colleague, the lass who cut and blowdried my hair, kept telling Sophia to "just redo it". Which she eventually did.

When it came to the cut and blowdry I asked for waves, and mentioned my back was soaked and needed drying The hairdresser said she would do both, but in the end, did neither.
She was also going to use hair thickener, and said she had, but my hair looked more flat than when I walked in.

I think everyone just wanted to go home at about 4.30 because they turned off the music while I was having my hair washed and toned. At 5pm I asked them to turn it back on for me.

After I paid, -having not been offered any reduction for the experience-, the lady at the til asked my daughter if she "liked her grandma's new hairdo".

Normally I have a good experience at HOB, but on this occassion I didn't feel like I got value for money.
