Had my haircut today and my stylist was great, but while I was having my haircut and had to hold my head in a certain position, one of the staff came over to me and requested I pay for my service and shoved the credit card machine in my face. I was asked to hold my position by my stylist so I was unable to pay at the time. I thought it was a bit rude of the staff member to do that while I was clearly unable to move my head, let alone take out my credit card and pay. I was taken aback by the lack of self-awareness. Other than that, I enjoyed my hair wash and haircut.

I feel very happy and lucky! I have just had another great hair cut done by the creative, super experienced and exceptional Anna. The shape is divine. Simone was extremely helpful at the front desk, understood exactly what I wanted. The stylist was great , went for a modern look for the curls which took some getting used to but a success non-the-less, did not get his name. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of my colourist but she was really sweet and did a good job. I do need to go back for a toner as it did not lift, but her efforts are appreciated and she tried to achieve exactly what I wanted. Staff are very nice. And James was great as usual.
