After an appointment with Nancy I feel pleased by the way she puts me at ease discusses what I want her to do and makes the whole experience a relaxed and positive one.

Santino coloured my hair professionally & listened to my comments about the eveness of the colour, leaving rhe tint in for 5minutes longer & ensuing that the toner was left on for 7 minutes. The washer was efficient with a pleasant manner too. Simon Barker did a good job finishing my hair with an on the day blow dry. I would query the discontinuation of a rough dry at the salon as sometimes when I have a tint a rough dry is all that is needed especially on a wet & windy day, when the blow dry gets blown away before the end of the day. The choice of a rough dry should be available as it takes far less time than a blow dry.

Bianca was wonderful! A very talented stylist, extremely attentive, and gave a fantastic, personalised service. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I was extremely happy with the result. I look forward to my next visit!

Happy with Simon as ever but VERY unhappy that I have to pay a £5 surcharge every time I get my colour done!! As a regular client for years I really object!!!

I had a very bad experience with the hairstylist *****. She did not give me the cut that I asked for and the cut was very uneven. She also cut my neck with the scissors and refused to accept that she had until my neck started bleeding. Even then there was no genuine apology. I am very shocked that a hairdresser would do this during a difficult time with covid.

I’ve been an HOB customer for what must be close to 15 years going to back to the days of the old Temple Fortune location and have always enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of the staff and management and their professionalism. They’re approach to managing COVID has me very confident and feeling safe when I have an appointment.

Always feel fabulous when I leave the salon but particularly this time. Colour, cut and blow dry absolutely fabulous.

I was very happy with the service however I was disappointed that when it came to pay my payment was £5 more than stated on the booking confirmation. I am happy to pay for the PPE but it should have been stated when booking or upon arrival

Simon was kind and caring throughout and anxious to give me the haircut I wanted. He cut my hair beautifully and I left the salon feeling a million dollars.

I am super happy with my fresh blonde from Santino. It’s always a smooth professional experience with good chat. He is an expert at the different tones of blonde as I fluctuate between warm and cool when I fancy a change! He is fast and efficient which I like.
Nancy set my hair beautifully, she really gets the classic vintage style that I like and is very gentle which I like when I have freshly bleached wet hair and a sensitive scalp.

I have been getting my hair cut by Eva for about 5 years. Eva listens and pays attention to her clients needs and desires. She diplomatically gives her expert advice, without contradicting the clients wants. She recommends and suggests ideas, clearly explaining how each will result on my specific hair type.
She is professional and reasurring; thoughtful and intelligent. She gives good chat whilst she works.
I would definitely recommend her.

The salon seems to have adapted to the strict Covid 19 measures very well, and I felt completely comfortable in the space. The stylist, Eva, did a perfect job as usual even with the restriction of having to wear a face shield. Overall an almost normal hair appointment.

Both Simon & Santino were exceptional in expertise, professionalism, creativity, and complete knowledge and understanding of the individual, me! I had ventured to go out for the first time in months, and I cannot rate them highly enough! There are many mechanical hairdressers, however, a gifted artistic hairdresser is rare! Especially during the times we are living in, hiding behind a mask & it’s the first time they have met me, so from Simon’s cutting skills, his hairdressing technique, coupled with Santino’s skilful flair for colour, it was a great combination. The entire team from Laura in reception, to Megan who washed my hair, every single person made you feel at ease when I was actually filled with trepidation. I am so pleased my daughter told me to go there. A great salon in every single way.

Thanks HOB Temple Fortune as ever for a great visit, and I’m really impressed by the measures you’ve put in place to keep yourselves and customers safe, without making the salon feel any less welcoming or friendly, and still maintaining the same high standards of service from start to finish.
