Having recently moved I realised my locks needed serious attention I took a chance and popped into the salon on Friday asking for a quick casual cut. The skilled receptionist assessed my ambivalence at the thought of finding a new hairdresser and tactfully persuaded me to wait another day and have my hair cut by Anna, who I was informed specialises in short hair.
Result a satisfied customer happy with chic
sharp cut.
Occasional calming music change might have enhanced my personal experience!!

Anna has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and is just the best. Her blow drys are legendary and stay in tact for days under normal conditions and her cuts are precise . She really cares about her clients and always discusses options and advises. I’ve never had a bad haircut and people often remark on the cut and style of my hair . That’s why she’s simply the best hairdresser .

Overall, the service is excellent & the staff friendly. My only criticism is that sometimes the volume of the music is too high.

Great experience with Bobbi - she is always thorough and friendly. Great job every time.

Bobbi has been cutting my hair and my daughter’s hair for years. She cuts our hair beautifully and knows what suits us. Moreover, she gives us a manageable cut so we look nice every day with little maintenance.

The time and trouble taken over each haircut is visible in the precision of the end result. I am thrilled with my fabulous bob cut. It really flatters my face, in my opinion and suits the type of hair I have.

Anna does my hair really well and I’m always very pleased with the finished result.

Even though I normally like Simon’s cut, when I came home I realised it hadn’t been feathered properly at the sides after drying. As a result it still looks heavy to me on the sides.

Sandra is a brilliant hairdresser. She's given me the usual wonderful cut. I feel great.

Warren took my words and photos and put it all together. I emerged with warm tones and no stripes. My partner was most complementary! The atmosphere was calm and kind as aways.very happy

The receptionist was super helpful and managed to bring my appointment forward.
Friendly , welcoming and a spotless salon.
As always it was a top quality experience from start to finish.

Bobby and Justyna were really good as usual. However there was a long delay between the colour, and the cut. I presume someone in reception made an error when booking. I had to wait a long time, and was not feeling very well (I have a long term health condition), no one apologised for the delay or asked me if I was OK. Also I was then put under the heat again for the olaplex (which I presume was a time stalling tactic), it was very hot and I had to ask someone to turn the heat down, which they kindly did, but then it got turned up again. No one told me how long I was supposed to be under the heat for with olaplex. I was feeling very unwell by this time.

Delighted, as usual. Very clean and COVID compliant.

Simon is always professional but warm and friendly. Also like how he is with his staff. Also had such a delightful young lady wash my hair, Meghan.

Anna gave me a fab Mary Quant style bob. I love it! I’m lucky I have the right hair and face shape for this great cut. I am also lucky that Anna is a whizz with her scissors.
