Megan is the next generation of HOB superstar. Bright, cheerful and clearly talented her star or 5 stars are clearly in the ascendency. Watch out and be sure - she’s an award winner.

Brilliant haircut as always!

I come into the salon thinking my hair looks fine, but maybe it needs a bit of trimming and re-shaping. However, when I leave I have a beautifully cut, graduated bob, which makes me feel a million dollars! Anna takes so much care over the cut. Her precision is immaculate. One very happy client walked out of the salon.

An excellent cut once again from Simon (supported ably by the young lady with the shampooing skills). Appreciated Simon staying on at the end of a busy day.

Below average hair cut. Hob is seen as a premium salon and is priced as such - the haircut was unfortunately not premium. My hair is uneven and really doesn’t look good. Would’ve expected more.

From desk receptionist was excellent. A great front for the store. Friendly, helpful and funny.

Booked last minute for an on the day £20 blowdry. Arrived at the salon and seated quickly. Good hairwash and lovely products. Wasn’t offered a drink, had to ask for water. Nice blowdry but then charged £25 at the till. Informed because they used pin curls for blowdry - their choice not mine, I didn’t ask for them to be used and I wasn’t informed it’d be an extra charge. Don’t think it’s good customer service to charge without consent. Paid as was in a rush but disappointed, might only be £5 but it’s the principle.

Professional fast and excellent treatments today. Simon listened to my requirements and I am delighted with the results.

This was the second time I am using this salon.
I have booked randomly, but I have to say the service and the products they using are high top from the start till the end.
They understand your needs and listening to your mind which I am please with it.

Sofia is so meticulous and great with colour - she has made my hair look fabulous, I get so many compliments and I really trust her.

Nadia has a very good eye for detail and I have never been dissapointed. She always gets my hair cut the way I wante it and everybody in the salon likes the end result.

It was absolutely great. Probably you shouldn’t send me a review request every week.

Nancy was really lovely and even after what seemed to be a busy day today, she was really attentive and upbeat, and did a beautiful job on my hair. Would definitely come again.
