Fantastic consistent cuts and Blowdries from Cheiyenne., who has been looking after my hair for the last few months. Great knowledge regarding coloured hair and what style would work best. A natural.
My daughters also come to her and she takes great care listening and working with the hair.
Regarding the salon we would appreciate a screen as we are Muslim and cover our hair.
Otherwise my daughter does not feel comfortable.
Had an excellent curly blow dry today by Clare. The service was fab and she was so quick, which helps if you are always rushing around like me. Would highly recommend and will be going back to see Clare again. Thank you 😊

My fringe was cut into my lap, I dusted off my cut hair myself.
the brushes used to blow dry my hair were covered in hair from previous clients.
Mousse was applied to my hair - hairdresser was a bit rough applying it - nearly got it into my eye. Wasn’t wiped off nor offered a tissue to wipe off - I wiped off myself to avoid getting into my eyes.
Wasn’t shown the finished product in back mirror, I won’t be returning as I feel like I paid quite a lot for a mediocre service.
At the end of the service I was offered a mousse or serum on the hair - I selected serum but nothing was applied and I left after payment

Having failed the first visit for a hair colour and cut, they've offered me to come back for a revision. I discussed with Donna the colour that I want and should’ve done in the first instance and we’ve agreed a colour to tame the overpowering highlights on my hair and for it took more healthy. My colour was amazing however my haircut which I had was awful asked for layers and to cut half an inch cut my hair short not impressed really upset as the left side is shorter than the right not happy at all with the cut
