Everyone is very welcoming / very friendly, and with excellent customer service skills. Nicola is fab!

Shaz is amazing at knowing your style, he is very efficient, understands your vision, and very much in tune when cutting / styling your hair. He allows himself time, and never rushes.

I would highly recommend Hob Salon at Stanmore, you won't be disappointed.

As always, I had an excellent experience at salon. The service was fantastic despite Covid-19 restrictions and the atmosphere was lovely.

Clean felt safe spaced out chairs wiped clean. Everyone wearing masks and visors.

Had the best experience at Hob Stanmore yesterday, I came in with super dodgy self-bleached hair that was half black and every shade of orange and they gave me the best colour/cut I have ever had! They were also so lovely and it was a genuine pleasure :)

I booked a curly blow-dry last minute and had brilliant service. Within minutes I was sat down to have my hair washed. The mini head massage felt great. I was then met by Stephanie who asked me how I would like my blow dry. I tried to explain what I wanted but I wasn't really making sense, but somehow Stephanie knew exactly what I was looking for and made my hair look amazing in such a short period of time. I honestly don't think I've ever had a blow dry where I its not hurt or where I walk out not 100% happy until now. Really happy and highly recommend HOB and Stephanie:)

Desiree is very friendly. She makes sure the service chosen is done properly.

Once I explained that my hair was really brittle at the top Kayleigh was very gentle and did a superb job on blow drying my hair xx

Throughout the long gruelling process all the staff were amazing, especially Shaz. She did an excellent job with my difficult hair and I am so pleased with the end result.

Shaz was manning the fort all alone for most of the morning I went. He did an exceptional job and is a very personable guy who doesn’t talk your ear off if you’re not in the mood. Hob’s safety precautions are first class so you can get your haircut feeling safe.

The best colour, loved! Donna did a great job, I was very happy.

Kayleigh always takes great care about listening to what I want done with my hair. Results are always good. The salon is generally caring and friendly

Had a great experience being my first visit to HOB Salon.

My first appointment with her, she gave me a lovely cut so very happy with that. In terms of blow dry, would say it was average, didn’t give me as much volume & bounce as I would have liked. Saying that, it was the first time round so maybe next time will emphasise more on how I prefer it.

Yesterday was my first visit back to the Salon, I had not had my hair cut since February. I normally visit the Salon every six to eight weeks for a cut and tint (Sinead and Desiree). I’ve been going to the Salon for over 10 years. I no longer live in the area although I would never go to anyone else for my hair. Sinead and Desiree always provide excellent service and take great care in ensuring they achieve the results/look that best suits me and I would like.
The staff were all wearing PPE, screens are in place at the main desk as well as the hair washing area. I felt safe and looked after visiting the Salon, as since lockdown I had been worried about revising. I definitely left the Salon happy and pampered, I will not leave it so long in future.

First time I’ve been to a HOB Salon. Definitely recommend the service. The staff were pleasant and Kayleigh asked the appropriate questions, gave me advice. She did do a lovely cut.
Only negative comment is to mention about extra PPE charge.

Donna was absolutely brilliant! The first stylist to get the exact chocolatey autumnal colours I've been looking for - she really listened to what tones I wanted and left my hair looking gorgeous. Loved Lilly's blow dry too.
The salon was set up spaciously with lots of Covid friendly safety measures. Thanks to all the staff.

Donna had done my colour for over 10 years and every time she is very professional, discusses things things with me before she does the colour. She also a very approachable person and has a lovely way about her

Desiree and Shaz are excellent and does a wonderful job with my hair.

I visited the salon for cut and blow-dry. Customer service was amazing, massage whilst having my hair washed was lovely, my hair was cut exactly how I asked. They have put in place all the measures necessary for the COVID-19 pandemic including disposable towels. Would highly recommend this salon in Stanmore.

After having a terrible haircut the day before by a salon I’ve been to for year I made an appointment with Shaz to correct the damage that had been done. Shaz was absolutely lovely. Looked at my hair, listened to what I thought of my hair and what I wanted. He put me at ease and took his time to correct my haircut. Really happy with the end result. Thank you Shaz

Hob take COVID very seriously using disposable towels and gowns and all staff wear masks.

Irs good to have a colourist who knows what she is doing and takes her time in explaining everything she does.

Lily is a really good stylist, friendly and efficient. Have been to her many times before and she is always the same. It’s also good that you can book on the day for £20 so I treat myself
