I booked for a straight blow dry in the morning with a different stylist to my usual one and was told blow dry was £22 . But was charged £27 on the desk. I didn’t want to argue or question at the desk but was overcharged for the service.

Had my colour done by Jamey. Absolutely love it. She didn’t know my hair as it was first time going but got exactly what hat k wanted and did an amazing job. Good cut as well.

Great hair by Noelle. My voucher brought in March was not activated! I paid £27 for a £20 blowdry agreed on the phone. It is my birthday so not s good service at all. The voucher was purchased at Bushey Heath...not activated are you kidding me. A bad service. Won't be back

Didn’t give me what i wanted, came in with straight hair and left with straight hair. I had a very big event and wanted something cute, left with practically soemtjing i could have done at home. Very little communication :(
