Fantastic consistent cuts and Blowdries from Cheiyenne., who has been looking after my hair for the last few months. Great knowledge regarding coloured hair and what style would work best. A natural.
My daughters also come to her and she takes great care listening and working with the hair.
Regarding the salon we would appreciate a screen as we are Muslim and cover our hair.
Otherwise my daughter does not feel comfortable.

My fringe was cut into my lap, I dusted off my cut hair myself.
the brushes used to blow dry my hair were covered in hair from previous clients.
Mousse was applied to my hair - hairdresser was a bit rough applying it - nearly got it into my eye. Wasnât wiped off nor offered a tissue to wipe off - I wiped off myself to avoid getting into my eyes.
Wasnât shown the finished product in back mirror, I wonât be returning as I feel like I paid quite a lot for a mediocre service.
At the end of the service I was offered a mousse or serum on the hair - I selected serum but nothing was applied and I left after payment

Having failed the first visit for a hair colour and cut, they've offered me to come back for a revision. I discussed with Donna the colour that I want and shouldâve done in the first instance and weâve agreed a colour to tame the overpowering highlights on my hair and for it took more healthy. My colour was amazing however my haircut which I had was awful asked for layers and to cut half an inch cut my hair short not impressed really upset as the left side is shorter than the right not happy at all with the cut

I will not name names for the sake of the lady who did my hair who is a nice lady. My comment is about my experience and outcome.
Basically I Discussed what I want to be done on my hair (Highlights and cut) with a senior stylist who is a nice lady but the result was not as expected and it looked like I needed a root touch up already after just been to a salon, the highlights are not distributed evenly, there are stack/lump of highlights not proportion to the base colour. Stylist agreed of the bad result and asked me to come back to be fixed free of charge. Obviously it should be FoC as it was a disaster but it made me feel that I owe the salon a favour after paying an arm and a leg already. Came back 2days later and root colour, shades of colour, etc were fixed even though not perfect and overall still not up to what I envisaged it would be having it done in an âexpensiveâ Salon. It looks like I have a now a full head tint as supposed to highlights. I agreed for a blow dry after the revision as suggested though I donât particularly need but hey ok itâs fine but To my surprise the lady in the till charged me ÂŁ30 for a 5 minute blow dry!!! which is an extortion having taken a half day off from work to get their mistake fixed. They shouldâve offered me a compensation for a bad hair but No, instead a ÂŁ30 additional bill to an already expensive service was charged. I wasnât a happy customer and I donât feel I get value for my money, too expensive to pay to ruin a hair. I have high expectations for a salon like this but Iâm very dissatisfied. The colour of my hair has now different hues, Not nice at all and thanks to that lady in the till for a super expensive charge for a blow dry.
Will definitely not return to Stanmore Hob branch but will try other branch to compare my experience and actual service.
