Excellent hairdresser Becky
Had my hair done on Saturday 6th November needed to have finished before 11. O’clock for my grandson christening and I was finished in good time.
I received excellent service from kind Becky and I would like to say if she can be recognised for excellent work my hair looked beautiful.

She is a very stylish professional first of all listen to the clients, moreover add her knowledge and skill to satisfy the client.

Margaret is wonderful and always very helpful when booking appointments.

Becky is just outstanding therapist. Always a happy disposition and understands my hair and what is best for me.

Jeremy has been cutting my hair now for well over 10 yrs now, I even changed branches when he moved. He cut my 12 y/o daughter’s hair for the 1st time this wk and we were so pleased with the experience. The salon is always clean, everyone is welcoming and professional. Would never go anywhere else!

Becky is always cheerful and helpful and has such a great eye for colour and it’s application. She does my roots touch up regularly and a full head of highlights from time to time. She is the best! I asked her for a blow dry and it was great even the day after!

Jade was amazing as always, I leave everything up to her as she always knows what I need and what’s best. Great cup of tea and a fabulous hair wash by the lovely young lady with the pink in her hair! See you soon x

I haven’t been able to have a haircut for months due to a shoulder injury. Today I was given tender care by girl who shampooed and Jeremys haircut has made me feel human again. I’ve had more than a haircut I’ve had therapy! Looking forward to having a colour next week.

As always, my daughter and i had a fantastic hair cut from a true professional, Frederica. We had a professional consultation at the start of our appt. on what we were hoping to have done. we are both really happy with the results. Thoroughly recommend Frederica, fantastic.

From the moment you step into HOB Salon you are made to feel welcome. It is a wonderful experience as is having your hair washed thoroughly and rinsed including a scalp massage. I was even offered a cup of latte coffee. Very good. Jeremy cut and styled my hair he is excellent and a very good communicator too. He is very good indeed. Always listens to you on how the haircut is progressing. I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend HOB Salon, you get more than a haircut.....

A side note.on Margaret, the front of house, she is exceptional. She rearranged my appointment at short notice and is always super pleasant and nothing is to much trouble.

Jade is a phenomenal stylist, her knowledge and expertise shines through. I felt so looked after and cared for and listened too and my hair has never looked so good! I’ve had so many compliments, she knew exactly what I needed. The salon is lovely and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was so good I’ve booked my appointments till the end of the year. I don’t get my hair cut very often but when I do I am always delighted with my experience at HOB. It can sometimes be daunting to change your hair but I always feel confident that I am in good hands at this salon. From the thorough and very relaxing hairwash to the friendly smiles and offers of drinks or magazines, the HOB experience is delightful. My stylist Sophie is incredibly talented and always listens to exactly what I ask for, offering helpful suggestions to enhance the style. She is very focussed and as a quiet customer I appreciate her level of attention and precision. I am always surprised and delighted by how much better my hair looks than I imagined it could! It’s worth every penny and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

A lady who doesn’t know what she wants but knows what she doesn’t want. Jeremy did an excellent job on my hair, it’s exactly want I wanted and more. Walked out of the shop on air. Hair looks so natural and for someone who only brushes her hair twice a week I can tussle it up a bit and ready to go.

I watched truly amazing service from all staff today. I was carefully listen to about my wishes, constantly asked if what was happening correct and expert knowledge sheared. But the care that was given to the other customers was a joy to watched. One young lady was full of emotions, colourist and stylist listened, took time to think with their wealth of knowledge, responded sensitively to end with a relieved customer. Another lady had her young son who did not appear well. She had bought thing for him. But the staff allow the Mum to settle her child, then began the treatment asked for. Soon the child felt comfortable in the salon that he sat in the chair beside smile at staff who gentle said hello.
What I saw was care for customers emotional well-being, deep listening skills, and use of expert knowledge and skills.
