This place had a great atmosphere due to all the lovely people. As ever greeted by the lovely Margaret and a fab cut a blow dry with Jeremy. Despite the necessary changes due to COVID the lovely vibe hasn’t changed. HOB Ruislip are a great team.

Jeremy has been styling my hair for years. His professionalism initially restored my confidence post cancer treatment when I lost my hair and natural colour. He regularly styles my grandsons hair who is deaf and on the autistic spectrum and today was considering how he’d communicate with him given both would be wearing masks.Impressive!

I always enjoy my visit to the salon and more importantly leave feeling renewed. Margaret in reception is always welcoming friendly, but in a professional way. This professionalism trickles down to all staff. I can honestly say I always feel comfortable and a valued client. The staff have stepped up to the demands placed upon them on their return to work post Covid Lockdown. I have no doubt it has been difficult for them, but I only received positive vibes from them all.

Kayleigh greets you like an old friend ? Always a relaxed and happy atmosphere, very personalised. Margaret on reception is always very helpful and lovely to speak to.

Why do I have to pay for PPE? Other salons don’t charge clients. Plus we have to bring our own mask. All confusing. Luckily the stylist was great and I enjoyed the experience, but it would certainly be better to understand why most other salons aren’t charging and you are!

Always a warm welcome, listens to requirements re style etc and fabulous cut! Also had colour consult, Chloe (?) very understanding & offered various options. Managing well given current circumstances in creating good ambience

Overall the salon experience was good, it was clean. I was asked to use hand gel upon arrival, everyone was wearing face masks and perspex screens. The hair washing basins were separated with perspex screens. I was given a disposable towel for round my neck when I was having my hair washed. Also I was given a disposable gown to wear for the hair cutting. There were no drinks offered, which is understandable given the pandemic. The head massage with my shampoo was nice. However I only wanted 3 inches taken off the overall length of my hair and I realised when I got home it was alot more than that and my children didn't like how short it was and asked me why I had so much of my hair chopped off...

I would like to thank Jeremy for a fantastic wash and blow dry . My hair is long and thick and difficult to blow dry . I was over the moon at such a wonderful result . Looking forward to my next appointment. By far the best best blow dry I’ve had . I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy to family and friends.

I’ve been seeing Jo for around 7 years now. She’s given me every haircut from a trim to a pixie. There is nothing she can’t do and her attitude is always positive and she’s always in control. I’m always happy with the end result x

The visit since lock down has been very welk set up.and I feel very safe my colourist is really lovley, she has a very calm manner and very talented I woukd recommend to anyone. I have been very happy since last year with the results. Nick runs a fabulous salon and everyone looks very happy.
