I really enjoyed having my hair done, felt pampered and am happy with my haircut. Loved the head massage when hair was being washed. Thank you Frederica.

I have known Jeremy since my first visit to Hob in Hatch End in 2008. Always polite and friendly and a great stylist. Today’s hair wash was by Chloe who was perfectly charming

The best salon i’ve ever tried so far!! Federica is AMAZING! She’s very friendly, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable. You can immediately tell she’s a pro by the way she approaches you. I’ve been treated like part of the family, i felt like i’ve been knowing them forever. And to the girl that washed my hair.. BLESS HER!! Her hands are a blessing!! It was a truly enjoyable experience, definitely coming back! Thank you so much girls???

Nick’s haircuts and blow dries are second to none! I first saw him in 2010 as I had just moved to the area and have been going back ever since even though I have moved out of the area! He’s accommodating and has a real nack of making me look great and feel better!

I left feeling angry, gutted, shocked and will never have my hair cut at Hob again - my hair has been left shapeless, too short, and nothing like I had asked for from a photo I showed ***** of my hair as it had previously been cut

Unfortunately I have not had a great first (and last) experience with this salon.

I had a very friendly consultation with one stylist, which later changed due to me having to rearrange the appointment.

I wanted (almost) black and blonde highlights, but ended up with a lot of jet black with grey and purple highlights. It literally added 10 years to my 38 years. I was devastated and my husband was horrified.

After getting home and looking at it properly I could see the colour was sloppy, uneven and in general just awful. And it wasn't until later that my husband pointed out that the back of my neck was still covered in black dye, which hadn't been washed off. I have photos but unfortunately not able to upload them onto this review.

Definitely not worth the almost £200 I was charged for the (dis)pleasure.

I called up immediately letting them know I needed it to be corrected and was allocated an appointment for in two days.

When I arrived today and spoke with the same stylist she initially tried to tell me it was the black mixing in making it look grey/purple. I told her no, it WAS grey/purple. After she agreed that it looked purple and applied a correction toner. Eventually, after two different applications, it was improved. But by far from perfect and still an array of different shades. At this point I said it was fine and left.

To be honest I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I expected a much higher standard.

Great haircut from a very talented hairdresser who always pays close attention to detail. My wife, son and daughter all get thier hair cut at Hob Salons Ruislip as well, and the staff are always so friendly, helpful and attentive. A great salon and highly recommended.

Kayleigh then promptly came over & introduced herself, felt at ease straight away. Discussed options, went with Kayleigh advice & I am delighted with the result.
Kayleigh is very chatty & seems very happy & confident in her workplace, obviously knows her stuff!

I visited the Ruislip branch for the first time upon recommendation from a friend. The salon is bright and airy and very clean. Jeremy restyled my long hair with great precision and I am really pleased with the final result.

Very understanding of hair and what suits a person.

As I gradually get more grey I have progressively been colouring my hair lighter to reduce the tramlines that can sometimes occur. Becky is a true expert and I have never received so many compliments about my hair as I have following recent highlights. It’s just what you want to hear following lockdown hair horror!

I always ask for Nick when I need a cut and blow dry. I always feel amazing when I leave and the blow dry stays looking great for days!

I’ve been coming to HOB Ruislip since 2013, I really enjoy the whole experience. The service provided is top notch. I previously had Kayleigh style my hair until she went on maternity leave, and since then have been under Jeremy’s care. Both stylists are outstanding at what they do and make your hair dreams a reality. The quality of the cut and styling is far superior than any other salon I have been to before. So much so, I’ve recommended my brother, and both my Mum and Dad to have their hair done at HOB - which they do!

I don’t just get a haircut I get therapy too.
Always a joy to go leave feeling and looking great

I liked the colour and the cut that I received but I was not at all happy with my experience. Firstly the colourist got bleach onto my favourite top. I informed the gentleman who cut my hair what had happened and he apologised for it but was the only one who did. When he informed the colourist she didn’t apologise, just turned and walked off. When I told the lady at the till, she just told me to bring the jumper in but also did not apologise. Furthermore when I got home, I found hair dye all around the side of my face which I struggled to remove and finally had to resort to use nail polish remover. I will not visit this salon again.

Lizzie did a fantastic job, I love my haircut and she put so much care and effort into every curl! Thank you so much Lizzie, my fiance loves my haircut too! :D I also enjoyed the wash and head massage, so relaxing!

The staff have been excellent, good service, especially Savannah who just marvellous at doing what's however haircut I want. She is very patient towards a fussy client like me.

Becky did my balayage for me, she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to me on what i wanted and delivered! She took her time did not rush with me at all. Great 1st time experience at hobs salon ruislip.

Very very Happy and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the saloon. The saloon had implemented all steps to make the place COVID free thus I felt very much relaxed and at ease. Clients were staggered so it was not crowded. Place was spotless and staff were very helpful both on services provided and putting you at ease.
