I was impressed before the appointment, as I was contacted about the new colour supplier and the need for a patch test. This was arranged at my convenience, well in advance of the appointment. The new Weller colours seems less reactive, so I was able to proceed with the new product.
The salon has lots of nice new gowns and branded supplies, but with the same lovely team.
The colour is great and I am very happy with the cut, as always. Thanks Kirsty & co.

The best salon in Romford, in fact it’s the best salon in Essex or are we East London now I never know!
From the smile that greets you to the girls that make you a coffee, down to the best hair washers (I always start to dose off) nothing is ever too much trouble and I of course am lucky enough to have found the best hairstylist in Kirsty who from the start totally got the vision I was going for nearly two years ago going from very long hair to getting shorter and shorter so that this 50 something year old has a short pixie style that i absolutely love…. We just clicked and she gets me and I never have to leave the salon and start faffing or restyling my hair it’s always always perfect !
I would thoroughly recommend and remember ladies you get what you pay for!!

I'm lost for words. I was looked after so well on my vist to the salon today. Professionally perfect and so attentive. This is now my go to place. They just get it. The two members of staff who did my hair are a credit to the business.

Chelsea and the rest of the staff were lovely. Made me feel very comfortable amd safe. I have autism and when the stylists were washing my hair they were so gentle and loved the head massage at the end. So glad I got Chelsea as she was awesome and new exactly what she was doing.

A lady with blonde hair from Billericay greeted me and did a consultation. She washed my hair, gave my head a massage (lovely) and then cut, styled and blow dried my hair - all from just taking a chance by walking in off the street without an appointment. I loved my final styling and enjoyed chatting with my stylist over a cappuccino!

Really professional and the customer service was excellent, all staff were really friendly, warm and welcoming.

I visited this salon after many many years, was seen by Beth, gave her an idea of what I wanted and all I can say is I walked out with better! She took her time and I can’t be more grateful than I am, brilliant stylist. After a long time I finally found someone who I didn’t feel pushed their opinion on me and genuinely cared about me the client! If you are looking for a salon this is the place to go! I have been to a lot of well known high end salons but wouldn’t bother with them now.
