Holly did a really good job of cutting my hair. She took 3 inches off and trimmed the layers. She took a lot of time to blow dry my hair bouncy for me. Thank you. Very happy with the result. Would recommend.

Unfortunately I was very unhappy with todays haircut. Its not what I wanted at all and all people have said since leaving the saloon is how uneven it is on one side.

I had a balayage service and Georgia was extremely helpful during consultation and everyone was so friendly.Georgia did such an amazing job with my hair and it turned out really nice she was extremely attentive and kind and made sure I knew what was happening and put a lot of effort throughout the whole service which was lengthy. I really appreciate the amazing customer service from the salon as a whole too!

So I always have a great experience at Falltricks. Everytime I am welcomed with a lovely smile by the manager Claire, one of the girls at the desk and of course Alex as always. Although Tia who shampooed and treated my hair today was fairly new, she was so friendly and came across very professional. Ive been going to falltricks for about 3 years and there is a reason I keep coming back. Its a great, relaxing atmosphere and the staff are friendly, not judgmental or dont have an attitude in anyway. Its nice to go to a salon where I feel comfortable, happy, relaxed and know Im being dealt with by professionals. Thankyou ladies :)
