Very good service

A nice salon with very friendly staff. Georgia is a fantastic hairstylist, I arrive not really knowing what I want and she always gives me great advice and after every visit I am so happy with my hair it's fabulous I feel like a celebrity when I leave. She is friendly and courteous and very patient with me and I am very happy with her. I am also happy to recommend your salon and Georgia to my family and friends

Stacey always asks me exactly what I’m after, really listens to my preferences whilst ensuring it’s best for the health of my hair too. I always leave super happy and get lots of compliments on my hair for the rest of the day which is a bonus. ?

Today was my first time visiting Falltricks. All the ladies are ssooo nice and friendly and make you feel so welcome. From the lady on reception, the lady who washed my hair and the lovely Kirsty who was so lovely, who listened to me and made me feel good about my hair and cut my hair really lovely. I walked out feeling 100% happy and on top of the world with my new cut. I will DEFINITELY be back again. Thank you so much. ?

The stylists were so lovely and gentle with my hair and she was truly attentive to my hair and I’m so happy with the end result. I will be returning.

I always enjoy coming to Paul Falltrick hair salon. It is so relaxing. Chelsea is lovely and always takes an interest in you and your hair. It is a lovely atmosphere and very clean too.

Holly was very thorough and checked in with me multiple times to ensure that I was happy during the process. I got a balayage and I am very happy with the results ?

My hair colourist, Chelsea, had been personable, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my preferences, and offered her own expert advice, which I greatly appreciated.
What impressed me most about Sarah was her commitment to customer satisfaction. She took the time to explain every step of the process and asked for my feedback along the way, ensuring that I was happy with the final result. And let me tell you, I was amazed with how it turned out!

Overall, I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a skilled, professional hair colourist.

Chelsea is really a pro when it comes to colour. I love my hair every time I leave the salon and it lasts so long! She really is amazing and so friendly too!

Alex has been my hairdresser since 2020 and always makes the experience so welcoming. She listens to what her clients want and always gives the best advice. She is extremely talented.
This time, I needed to bring forward my appointment by 2 weeks and Falltricks fitted me in within two days of contacting them, even though they had back to back appointments. All the staff there are super friendly and always aim to please which is why I keep coming back. Plus my hair always feels and looks fab after!

It is an absolute pleasure to visit your salon the staff are the best. Alex always spends time to make sure I am completely happy with my hair cut and finish. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL

It's a lovely girl

Chelsea is always so brilliant, she listens to my requirements for colour and cut and gives me a realistic outcome of how styles and colours will look in my hair. She genuinely cares about the outcome and making me look and feel good after Im done. The whole salon are also such a fab team of people, and I always enjoy chatting to the staff. I'm so glad I stuck to Paul Faultrick rather than find a local hairdressers to where I've now moved! A great experience each time I visit.
