It was a haircut appointment for my 4 year old daughter. Alex and all the stuff were very pleasant and appropriate. Overall a good experience and happy with the result - we'll come again.

Luiza was thorough and professional throughout . She takes time to obtain the desired result in colour and cut . I am always very pleased with the end result . She is friendly and has a great personality and is an excellent ambassador for the salon .

Another brilliant and relaxing experience at Paul Falltricks, Romford. Alex is a first class stylist and always makes me feel valued as a client. My hair feels and looks great as a result. I am a regular client and shall continue to be so . Customer care is brilliant.

Alex is a wonderful stylist, always remembers and double checks my preferences on my cut and gives loads of advice on how to maintain my hair between cuts. Brilliant and worth every penny. :)

Excellent cut and fabulous colour. Faltricks delivers a very professional service in a relaxing and happy atmosphere.

!Service throughout was great, Alex my stylist was amazing at everything and her technique and was vet attentive.
Colouring was spot on and was left with silky soft perfect locks!
Chantelle also gave an amazing head massage during my wash!

I usually have Alex and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed by results and today with Chelsea was no exception. Very happy with colour. All staff are friendly and accommodating and Claire the manager (who wasn't in today) is an excellent front of house

I’m always a bit nervous visiting a new hairdressers for the first time but the place was welcoming and my hairdresser Kirsty was lovely. I received a warm and friendly welcome and was offered drinks on several occasions. Kirsty listened to the style I wanted and I was very happy with the result.
