About us

TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

Louise is skilled colourist who manages to keep my hair brown but with different shades rather than a block colour so it looks more natural on a 60-something. I’d like to give a special mention to the lovely, warm and friendly receptionist who seems to manage the salon and makes clients feel welcome.

Louise is amazing. She delivers great colour every time with no fuss. The salon is beautifully located with lovely layout and space. The piped music / video stream designed to promote the T&G brand is beyond awful. Nearly ruins the experience every time. Bad music, bad commercial-like blabbing - it’s not upgrading the salon visit one tiny bit. I’m bringing headphones next time. It’s THAT BAD. Zero marks for athmosphere.

Jessica was unpleasant from start to finish, it was as if she couldn’t be bothered to be there. She was rude about my hair and tried to upsell at every opportunity. She did very little to my hair for the price of the hair cut. I was really looking forward to my cut but left feeling anxious, embarrassed and ripped off.
