Terrible customer service by *****. Very rude & unprofessional. Would not recommend this salon as they have very poor communication. They kept my card details without my authorisation & booked another appointment without my knowledge. Was fraudulently charged. This salon has no place in Richmond.
So happy with the results of my kerstin Brazilian blow dry treatment and cut by Louise and Sean (stylist). Hair feels so much healthier and looks fab. I highly recommend Keraplex which is the treatment they used. Thank you Sean and Louise!

Great haircut - exactly what I wanted (blunt on the outside but weight removed from inside) - and Melissa was really understanding about my bleached hair not being able to take much heat.

Terrible. I had to wait for 25 min for someone to arrive! I had a business meeting afterwards.
Melissa was so nice yet very professional. She made me feel comfortable and created a good atmosphere. She talked me through my options and recommended really good treatments for my hair. She was so patient and put so much effort into my hair as it was being very problematic. Overall I am very happy with the end result and will definitely come back!

I had home bleached my hair and gone pink during in lockdown which had impacted the condition of my hair, I’d muddled through til my dark and grey roots had come through. Salam did a great job everything very clean and safe. And my hair looks great

I was very nervous about having a haircut but was in desperate need of one.
The salon qas absolutely fabulous in terms of their precautionary measures and Mark himself made me feel very comfortable.
For the first time in months I felt like a lovely part of normality had returned to my life. I was truly delighted!

I’ve been to Melissa before and she’s great. I took my 8 year old to get his hair done and she was so patient with him - even though he was so rude the whole way through! He didn’t want to be there at all and made no point of hiding it 😳 Still, she was very calm and gave him a great haircut. I would definitely recommend her.

Loved coming back to the salon but I’m really not sure about the visors. As your staff are standing while the client is sitting, the staff wearing visors without masks means their breath funnels down and all over the client. This is particularly trie for the colourist. I spent 3 hours in the salon in close proxinity to staff. They need to wear masks visors al one is not enough in your situation, This puts Moffat coming again.
Melissa was very friendly and did a great job. She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and it was easy to trust her with my hair.
