About us

TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

I went to Tony and Guy to have a balayage on my hair. I researched many salons beforehand, and after reading that Louise was a balayage expert, I decided to go here. Louise was amazing in every way. She gave me a brilliant consultation beforehand where she really listened to what I wanted. We looked at pictures together and had a discussion on what to do rather than just jumping in and doing what she thought would look good. The service from all the team was excellent throughout the day - I was there a while! All the team are friendly and approachable and clearly know what they are doing. I loved the finish outcome of my hair and will definitely be back. Thank you so much Louise!

I booked this appointment last minute on my train down from Manchester. Can you believe I’ve not had a haircut in 6 years!! I know. I was going with the natural beach hair look! Part of the reason I’ve avoided salons is because despite asking for ‘not too short’ it was always too short!

Melissa was not only kind, sweet and understanding ... she’s a genius. She did a conditioning treatment on my hair, then trimmed the very minimum it needed. But I feel like a whole new person! Furthermore I was running late (totally my fault) she never rushed me once. Even taking time to add extra texture and volume with this great hair dryer curl technique she did. THANK YOU Melissa! I will certainly be back. Hanna x

Nicola did my highlights. She spent ages going through my thin, fine hair. She did an amazing job, and managed to lift my colour beautifully without being too blonde and tacky.

I asked August for a good cut as my hair was quite dry. She did a beautiful, short graduated bob - which did wonders for my thin hair. I didn’t say much in the salon as I was a bit stunned (there were clippers involved!) but went straight to a parents evening at the school and then for dinner and got SO many compliments (which never happens with my hair!).

So thank you both so much - friendly, relaxing, efficient service and a fantastic job!

I would 100% recommend August and this salon in general. I had a bit of a difficult appointment last time I was in for a hair cut and so waited a short while to return, but the manager Jade couldn’t have done more to make sure I was fully looked after and felt like a truly cherished customer. Thank you Jade!!

I rang late one evening to book highlights for the following day but needed a patch test. Jade offered to stay late to do the test so that Nichola could highlight my hair the next morning. Great customer service and very happy with my hair. They went the extra mile unlike a certain salon in Station Parade Kew who could barely be bothered to answer my questions earlier that same day. My stylist was actually amazing! She was so easy to talk too throughout my entire visit! She took her time with me and didn't come across as sales-pushy like I've previously experienced.
I loved her enthusiasm and how she wasn't afraid to give me a really alternate look.

The hairdresser cut my daughters’s hair 14 years old shorter than we asked and did layers to her back without asking.
So we said we did not want them and my daughters’ hair end up even shorter . The cut was finally very good anyway.
