Love it and staffs are friendly. I will definitely recommend sheen to my friends and will go back constantly.

Went in thinking I needed to tone down hair colour, big mistake didn't suit my skin tone at all. Natalie spent time with me explained options gave very good advise. I went home much happier with a much softer colour. Thank you for your time and patience

After a series of bad haircuts from other places, Georgia fixed my layers to the best she could. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave an honest feedback of what results could I achieve. My first time in this salon and I would recommend them. Although I wasn't offered any tea or coffee ( cold morning! ) whereas the other client was.

Whilst my haircut looks great, what’s even better about this salon is the service. I have suffered from thinning hair, which is the bane of my confidence. Natalie took so much time to talk me through ways I can reduce thinning and also consulted me in great depth on what haircut would work best for me. She was also lovely to chat to and put me entirely at ease.

The whole team is amazing, but Georgia is a Muriel’s worker, but hair was so over processed with dye and bleach I didn’t have much hope it could be fixed, but after just 1 visit I already felt great, she recommended products that really work, and sorted out my colour, now my hair looks and feels amazing!!

Left feeling happy with the style and even a week on am still happy. Having curly hair, usually end up fed up with my hair soon after it's been cut so am really happy that it hasn't reverted back to looking like a Mop after!

It’s the first time I’ve visited this salon as I followed Natalie there. She’s a great stylist and can also cut curly hair which not all stylists can do competently. It’s worth the drive to Richmond. I found the other staff very friendly and the salon atmosphere relaxed and welcoming.

Jai is wonderful, talked me through all aspects of hair care and helped me choose the right colour. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have come back. I ended up spending more than I wanted there because of Jai - he's a credit to the business and I love the way my hair looks! Others in the salon are quite rude and derogatory, could do with some manners. I had one lady be really rude to me because I was late. She didn't know that I had stopped to help someone who was in an accident, I didn't tell her because she was so damn rude. I understand lateness puts everyone behind but maybe ask if I'm okay first before launching into "we'll cancel your appointment if you are late." I would love to come back and have Jai colour my hair again but I don't know if I can because I don't like being spoken down to. The service stars below are because of Jai, not the overall salon. The atmosphere star is because of the rudeness and nothing to do with Jai.

The nicest thing about this experience was the care Jai took in listening and understanding hus clients needs. He is super talented for someone so young!! My only criticism is the upselling pressure and hidden add ons. Overall a really great experience and I will be back.
