Flat limp blow dry. Thought I’d pay more for a better result, but I should have just gone to the walk-in service in Wandsworth. No comment on the condition of my hair or recommended cuts or advice. Far too much product in. No head massage. Wrong tea. Washed my hair when I got home as it felt greasy. It was the senior stylist, not sure of her name. Stylist and receptionist made me feel I was in their way/awkward

Good cut but not what I asked for

I asked for two things - keep the length of my hair and cut a sweeping fringe. I left with 4inches off the length and no fringe. I asked for less to be cut off but the stylist was not listening and when I repeatedly asked for him to cut a fringe he kept saying I'll make it softer but keep the length. Whilst I appreciate that a stylist is the professional I am the one who has to wear the hair until it grows out. My hair was cut well but if I wanted a shorter hairstyle I would have asked for one.

Cut way too much hair off

The hair cut itself was not a bad one, however I specified that I only wanted a light dusting no more than 1CM off the back because I am growing it and it ended up a lot shorter. It’s frustrating because it isn’t the first time this has happened in this salon, and all the months of growing have been wasted. I am actually terrified of going to any hairdresser to take care of my split ends because this keeps happening and then you have to pay even when unsatisfied. I didn’t say anything in the salon because I was so angry and companies never do anything anyway. Also exhausted after just coming out of hospital, and after all, the hair can’t be stuck back on
