Harvey, a trainee, practised a 'hair-up' style on me, did the consultation and started the haircut.

I have been unwell for a while and Harvey made me feel so welcome & comfortable. His customer service skills were excellent but he was also really good at answering lots of my questions about possible colour changes and haircare. He made me feel nice and I think he will be a fantastic asset to any branch he works in. I would highly recommend him personally, but also the whole experience of visiting the academy.

I went to the academy for a hair cut. Was only 10£ and had great results. It was not exactly what I wanted but looks great anyways.

Had my cut with Igballe yesterday and went for a drastic change from long hair to a short bixie cut. She was so lovely, we talked through everything so that I got exactly the result I wanted. Woke up this morning so happy about my hair. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Its so hard to find someone who can just give me a haircut without having to use all those terms hairdressers use etc. Lottie is a great communicator and always gives me a great haircut.

I received some bad news about a family member while in the salon and at the same time not so good other info.. I couldn't leave as I had foils . Igballe was very professional and very helpful through my upset and really handled it well . She also did a wonderful hair colour which is why I return

Prompt attention, excellent massage with not too much chat. Very happy with cut and Christophe is a good listener too! Staff helpful as I do have limited mobility and use walker.

Emma is an expert at what she does. I travel 12 miles to see her for my colour every 6-8 weeks because there is no one as good as her.
Atmosphere always relaxed and staff are friendly.

I had my colour done (by a stylist whose name I have forgotten, so sorry) and it is more beautiful than it has ever looked. Var did the cut and blow dry and it looks fab, as ever. Huge thank you!
