I have a bit of a phobia about salons but i got a voucher for my birthday so plucked. up the courage to use it ! I had a really good experience at Northwood , Anum made me feel really comfortable and at ease , he listened to what i wanted and did a brilliant job, looked like a really friendly and busy salon and i’ll definitely return

I used Hobs Northwood for the first time and was extremely happy with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and offered me a drink, took my coat when I came in and just made me feel so at ease. Anum cut my hair and did a bob haircut for me with slight bangs. I’m super happy with my fresh haircut, it’s perfect and exactly what I asked for. I could tell Anum has a lot of attention to detail when cutting hair, she’s brilliant. Also, she was so lovely and so easy to talk to. I walked out of there very happy.

I used Hob’s Northwood for the first time and wow was I impressed! Joy took my coat and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Katie did highlights for me and I am completely in love with my new hair! She got my hair from brunette back to the blonde I love. Not only do I absolutely love my new colour and she did such an amazing job of it but also, Katie was so lovely and so easy to talk to. I’m a new mum and we spoke about our daughters and similar experiences etc, it almost become a hair appointment with a side of therapy for me. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman, with a big smile on my face!

Parus is one of the best stylists I have ever had do my hair. If you want a solid blow dry to stay in for a week or beautiful highlights that are the prettiest shade of blonde/ or a great cut to thicken your hair, I would highly recommend her. He techniques are above and beyond amazing & if you have thick long hair but have trouble keeping blow dry curls in… she is the person to go to!! Thank you parus I love it xxxx

I have been so busy with many end of term events at school and in spite the salon’s boiler breaking down, Jasmine went out of her way to fit me in for a cut. Having had the same hair stylist since I moved to London 43 years ago I was nervous of seeing someone else.Jasmine e talked through all the issues I had with my hair and explained what she was going to do and why. I came out feeling years younger and recieved so many compliments.It's great and this morning my hair just fell into place.I look forward to going back and so glad I choose Hobbs .My daughter recommended it as she goes there and has a great cut and colour.

I booked jasmine as reviews were very good and I wasn’t disappointed.
I’ve recently had 2 major back operations and my hair was well overdue a cut I’m currently wearing a back brace so was very nervous about how i would manage but was desperate to get it done.
I needn’t of worried I explained this to Jasmine and she put me at ease straight away adjusting the chair and making sure I was comfortable the whole way through.
I got a short bob from medium to long hair with little to no shape and I’m over the moon with it, it’s given me a real confidence boost and lifted my mood after all the trauma of the past few months. ?

Absolutely love the colour Toni applied to my hair yesterday! Spot on with the shade and she gave great advice about how to maintain the colour and general upkeep. Super super happy! I always get my hair cut by Jasmine because she is amazing, she kindly gave my fringe a tidy up whilst I was there so feeling like a new person today :)

Katie is lovely and she really knows blonde but this time I wanted copper. Instead of copper I have fluorescent red hair I feel really upset and uncomfortable with this colour. I brought in a video of what I wanted and this looks nothing like what I asked for or expected. I don’t know what to do. It’s neither subtle or natural. Nearly £200 and I am going to have to buy a box dye to cover this as I can’t go to meetings looking like this. Over 20 years of being a HOB customer and this will be the last time. The least you can do is refund me and fix this.

It was the first time Jason did a blow dry for me and I have very thick hair and not easy to dry. He did a brilliant job. Thank you Jason

A really nice professional blow dry

Antonia changed my hair from box black and a bad blue/green box dye job to a beautiful black and blue balayage. All the girls were very chatty and welcoming. I had a great day and walked out with amazing hair!! Thanks so much

I used to like this place for on the day blow dries and colour. However following my last visit I will never return. A short “straight” blow dry is all I need. And with short hair it’s always quick. However the last couple of times this stylist always tries to incorrectly charge extra to use straighteners. Which are needed as her blow dries leave hair shafts open. The extra charge clearly is described as “ an additional £5 supplement if you have hair extensions or would like your hair curly blow dried/pin curled/ waved or tonged.”
None of which I do. However even though the manager agreed, the stylist still insisted on the extra charge, which led me being put with a different stylist that didn’t quibble.
Why management allow such inconsistencies is beyond me. And does not make it a good customer experience. Therefore I will not be returning!

Originally visited to be a model for a trainee Scarlett (who is very talented) loved the friendliness & vibe so much I booked to get my roots done with Toni who is amazing, great attention to detail & very professional, my hair looks a million dollars. The whole team are super friendly & helpful, 2 girls even went to top my parking ticket up which I am mega grateful for. Didn’t think I could find somewhere this good when I moved here!
