HOB Hair Salon Northwood, London

I came in for a layer cut . Toni the assistant washed hair then gave an excellent head massage . My hair was in terrible condition when I arrived as hadn't had it cut In over 2 years.. It looked and felt fabulous when I left.

It’s my first time at your hair salon but I always walk past your salon. I am so happy that you were able to style my wig today. I really didn’t think you could style African hair or wigs but I just thought I will try and give you a call this morning and you were able to squeeze me in for an appointment an hour later which I really appreciated. Savannah is amazing and I will definitely become a loyal customer.

Savannah did a fantastic job with my haircut , gave me the look that I was looking for . She’s very warm and it was lovely to have my hair styled by her.

Jason is such a lovely guy and I'm so happy with my cut! I will definitely be coming back, for my next haircut.

I had a blow dry at 9 am today. It was not very good. The gentleman (who was otherwise very nice) used a large brush to cover big chunks of hair and I have had to redo the styling at home. I have previously had my styling done by anam and she’s been great. Not sure I will come by to get my hair done by this particular gentleman as it was a disappointing experience.

T-section, roots, tone was nice.
Again drying was not as I expected. I have been there twice, but neither Katie nor the girl who did my hair this morning can dry curly hair naturally with a diffuser. My hair looked very dry and unshaped, just like when brushed before the treatment. Is there any stylist able to dry curly hair in a natural style for next time I book in Northwood? Thank you

Always the best care when I go to HOB! I had a wash, cut, and blow dry as well as an olaplex treatment. My only wish is that they would add an option for long hair when booking, although maybe I should have put it in the booking notes. But they give you a time frame when you book as to how long the services you book will take (this helps with parking times!) but if you’ve got quite a bit of hair it definitely takes a bit longer. I didn’t book enough parking and ended up over my meter time which resulted in a ticket. So maybe keep that in mind. But the actual experience is always great! Head massages at the bowl are always a lovely treat!

Really great cut and dry today with Jason. He listened carefully to what I wanted and had the knowledge and experience to handle my curly hair with expertise.

I really like HOB salon and people who work there they are very friendly and approachable.
But today i had a bad experience , i have to go to the reception to start my blow dry i was booked for 1:45 pm and it was not started till 2:15 for whatever reason. Nobody informed what is the reason. And when the lady came to me to start the treatment no apologies nothing.
May be she was having a bad day . She even sarcastically commented at the end of session i could see her face and that sarcastic smile that she was giving.
Grow up lady . Everyone can see you and read you .
I really didn’t like your blow dry too.
Be more apologetic more kind and friendly.

My first haircut with Jasmine has been a total success! She knew exactly how to cut my very fine menopausal hair. The haircut makes my hair full, thick and bouncy!

I’ve had a cut and blow dry done and I can’t thank the girls enough and of course Savannah for taking care of me and making my hair looks alive again, and just making me feel better in general while I was in there, such a lovely atmosphere! Just what I needed! I’ll sure be back to see Savannah for my next cut and blow dry! Really made my day :)

Katie was excellent. We had a good discussion beforehand and she listened to my needs.

Katie did my balayage colour and it honestly turned out so beautifully, she took such care and attention to get the colour right. Kate who blew dry my hair also did an amazing job, taking the time make my hair gorgeous. Jasmine, the manager, is an amazing, kind and considerate lady, who initially cut my hair so beautifully. Thank you all.

Really great stylist! She has adapted what she does to deal with my really thick hair depending on whether I've wanted to keep it shorter or grow it and it always looks fabulous when I leave, but really importantly is easy to look after the style in between visits. Can't rate highly enough, thank you!

My son could not be more happier with his haircut. Jason understood exactly what my son wanted and cut and styled his hair perfectly.
He explained what he was doing at each step and provided some great advice on styling my son’s hair.
