I am always very happy with the service and cut from Arta. She is super talented and a lovely person. The only thing I am less than happy with is that twice now I have booked in for a cut only and this doesn't seem to have been communicated to Arta. I'm not changing my mind last minute, it's what I booked in for.

Jake does a great job. But I do like the hair line dark as it differentiates between my face and the hair colour. Only the sides were darkened. The top part hairline above my forehead was not darkened. I wanted to call Jake myself but away on holiday for a month. He’s fabulous but I will have to wait until just after my birthday on 27 July when I get back to set up another appointment.

Just visited Jake again for a top up of my balayage. I’ve been coming to Jake for a while now as he gets the colour right every time.
I have been to so many salons and they always seem to leave me with a copper/ red tone to my hair which I don’t like (I’m naturally brunette).
Jake has always done such a nice natural caramel balayage to my hair.
When I need the colour topped up he always advises me what we can do which is most cost effective without having to get a whole head every time and I always appreciate the advice.
Very friendly, professional and a honestly a colour expert. I always see Jake for my colour and Jasmine for my cut and always leave the salon so happy
