Poor treatment. Not at all personal Rough and rather rude. I complained to her when she asked 'everything alright?' ' told her straight she had been so and complained. When I asked if she could rough dry my hair the other way she handed me the comb. To be honest the whole experience has put me off. There was absolutely no finesse or service at all. Stylist called the manager when I complained. I was offered a free treatment next time.

I received the worst haircut I’ve had in my adult life - I thought I could trust the stylist as she was the salon director but sadly not. She firstly cut my hair shorter than the agreed length and because my hair is naturally curly, it was even shorter after I washed it. She also insisted I get layers, which has made my hair look really old fashioned and not at all what I wanted. She was a nice lady and I was in a rush so didn’t have time to properly complain (although I made it clear I was not happy with the length and worried about how short the layers were) but I’m shocked I didn’t even get offered a discount. Will never be returning to the Northwood salon again even though it’s the one closest to me! I’m so so disappointed and even my friends / family have been honest and said the hair cut is not looking great…

Jasmine always cuts my hair brilliantly. She first studies how it's grown over the last 7 weeks and begins to trim it when dry. Then Jasmine finishes the cut after a wash.
