Was a pleasure to have my haircut from stylist Demi, very pleased with the outcome! Demi is highly professional and understood exactly what I was after.

As always excellent staff always friendly happy and smiling. Always very happy with the whole experience. Keera always does an excellent haircut.

After 5 years plus of coming to this branch I have been fairly pleased. However today I am in total despair as to how my experience went. I have used this stylist once before to cut my hair and chose it was ok to have her cut my hair again. We briefed my style and my prefences to which she agreed. It was only until the end of hair cut I had realised the stylist had completely gone of our brief and created a style I have no choice but to deal with. I left without saying a word in the utter shock. I came home to realise how bad it actually was. I am gutted as I chose to trust this branch and found most of the staff very professional. It's a shame but I do hope this feedback is reviewed to ensure it does not happen again. This experience has damaged to rupute of this salad as a whole.

Fantastic haircut, been here 3 times now, I find the hairdresser polite, courteous and attentive. Rash is great at what she does, really skilful. Each of the three times I’ve been I had different styles which is great. Genuinely great hairdresser.

This is the second time I have visited this Salon, there is a lovely atmosphere when entering the Salon, the staff are all attentive, friendly and Professional , I am a very satisfied customer as Demi is very reassuring with regard to various styles that she and I discuss that would suit me. I shall be returning to this Salon on a regular basis. Well done Demi. ????

Amazing result i am so happy with the outcome

Lovely friendly service from Natasha and Victoria today! Natasha was happy to trim my fringe inbetween cuts with my regular stylist DemI (who's great) - Victoria gave me a warm welcome and cup of tea, after I was delayed by a public incident in town. Thanks ladies :)

Excellent servixe excellent hair cut

Toni is amazing and kind. She knows me and my hair and I always take her advice on board as to what colour suits me best, and guess what? She knows best! My hair looks so natural and healthy each time I get it coloured by her.

My son and I, both had our hair cut by the beautiful Toni, and are very pleased with the results. My son is usually a nightmare when it comes to getting his hair done, so I’m usually very stressed, but Toni was so patient with him, and talkative to him, my son sat still for long enough to allow her to cut it beautifully. The last 3 cuts he had (elsewhere) resulted in varying different lengths, where the stylist had just given up! At last - a trip to the salon as it should be - relaxed, stress-free and great results! Looking forward to our next appointment.

Elegant cut with explanation.

Great service and treatment whilst having my hair washed and cut, friendly stylist and loved my end result.

The salon was lovely and clean, but my first impression was that is was very quiet and not busy at all, very lacking in atmosphere. The girl behind the desk was really sweet, I think she was called Demi but I’m not sure, I wish she had done my hair! My hairdresser apart from discussing what we would do to my hair quickly didn’t speak to me. She made me decide very quickly what I wanted her to do and she washed my hair with cold water. When I started drinking my coffee she pumped up my chair so I spilt it, though she did apologise for this. She was nice but not really what I would call a luxury brand service.

My hair stylist never disappoints me she always gets it right and she make me feel so comfortable while cutting my hair I have had my hair cut three time by the same stylist and i love it every time I go with a different look she always does it on point for thank you so much

Very professional service

I had such a lovely experience of my life today. Keera and the whole staff was very friendly and I was welcomed by everyone. I will definitely use there service again because it is very friendly atmosphere. I believe I had made a right decision to have my wig cut over there.

I was accompanying my friend who was getting a hair cut at Toni & Guy and I wondered if I could get one. I was unsure about what cut I could opt for given how short my hair already was (it an overgrown pixie) and I was not sure if I could get an appointment. However, after a casual chat with a staff member I decided to get a cut. I was given a stylist immediately and Toni, cut my hair so well, after hearing me out. I told her I wanted something feminine, and without me even saying it, she knew I wanted the weight out. The haircut was done in a short term and Toni’s expertise was evident. I left feeling wonderful/ confident and as if my personality had undergone a change. I believe haircuts are an investment and the minute I saw Toni explaining what she had in mind for me, I knew I was in safe hands.

Disappointing. I was waiting for 10 mins before my hair stylist approached me and then another 5-6 mins after my hair had been washed because she was with someone else. She also left midway drying my hair to go talk to another client she had helped earlier for another 5 mins. I had asked for a bouncy blow dry and and shown her pictures and she had created a sleek and straight look hat looked like it had been straightened with an iron. I was very disappointed

I always enjoy my visit to the salon . My stylist is lovely an wouldn’t want to change as she does a good job . The others girls are also friendly as I’m there every 6 wks . Staff get to no you an you get to have a nice chat an made to deal well come.

What ever i say when you really belive,when you go to them and see what a majic hands they have,EXCELLENT customer, EXCELLENT communication,near parking space around salon,when i was there I realise they do not work for just money they work to bring the more BEAUTY to the ladies as they are women who work there,so excellent energy,spend time on customer paintly,,,,serve you with drink Coffe tea,any things you desire ,,and lots of respect they give you excellent job,EXCELLENT BEAUTY, all my word when will prove if once you make appointment go there make your hair and see how BEAUTIFUL transformation they will do with love and hard work on customer,I LOVS IT,definitely will go again as I have appointment next week for another beauty job on my hair,, thank you all

Lovely service very pleased with my hair

Well it starts off great as I waiting half hour after my appointment time to actually be seated and have my hair washed.
Nevertheless,
My goal is to go grow my hair and I have been growing my hair for over a year. I had explained to the stylist for my hair to be trimmed from the edges and into a style, I emphasised that I wanted to keep my length. No doubt the stylist was chatty and very nice and personable. But it wasn’t until I got home I realised how much she actually cut off, I can no longer tie my hair up in a bun, she has cut off over 4 months growth and I am absolutely furious about this. It has caused me so much stress and I feel absolutely let down, I trusted that I could get a haircut that I would be pleased with but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I am actually livid and do not feel I will be returning to Toni and guy.

As soon as the haircut was done I was bombarded by another senior stylist who was forcing me into booking an appointment for extenso straitening, and then being forced into buying the Toni and guy products which are ridiculously priced. I even booked the appointment just to stop the harassment.
When I said I didn’t want them I actually felt like I had done something wrong.

I normally have such a good experience with Toni and guy especially in the Canary Wharf branch... but boy... what an eye opener. Now I’m afraid to set foot in there.

Natasha is the colour specialist and she was utterly professional and skilled. She did my cut as well and it’s just how I wanted it! This is no mean feat as I have been to some good salons in the past including, Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, Hersheson, Envy and Glemby, to name a few. As they are all in the West End, finding somewhere as good, near to my home is a delight. I am so happy with my colour and cut that I will make this my new regular salon. Thanks.

Highly recommend this branch. I have been coming since I was 19 years old. Staff are always polite and professional.
I highly recommend them all but in paticular Toni, always listens to me in terms of how much I want cut off and how I want my hair styled!
