Long time client, I always come back after trying for years to find somewhere more affordable. Toni&Guy ilford is unmatched when it comes to expertise in hair!

However, i was not satisfied with last appointment for a couple of reasons. I was rebooked with a senior/director who charges more than I had planned to spend. I think it is best to book clients with the same stylist or at least inform them if that stylist is not available and if there will be a price difference as I got a shock when I arrived and usually try to avoid spending £50 on a gents cut!

Staff are usually lovely despite having to be on their feet all day.

I have recently Treated myself to a Cut and Blow Dry at Toni&Guy at Ilford, it was the first time that Keera had cut my hair, I was very impressed with her, she was Polite, Friendly and Professional, she suggested what Hair Styles would suit me and overall I found the whole experience very relaxing, I have already Booked my Second Appointment with her and cannot Thank Her enough as I left the Salon a very happy Customer.

As always my experience at T&G was great. Toni is a very good stylist. Always gives good advice and works her magic hands on my hair. Today I decided to go from long hair to a short bob. I left the salon feeling amazing. All credit goes to Toni.

The employees are all so welcoming and are kind. I think Rifa is the best hair stylist there .. does just as you want.. and is very respectful and considerate. Have alway been getting hair cut from her since.

The service started off with a consultation, who was a senior Art Stylist. She listened to me needs and offered tailored suggestions. I then had a relaxing hair wash and gentle head massage followed by a new-style cut and blow dry. I am very pleased with my new style, which was professionally done. The hair stylist was friendly and ensured that I was happy with my new style throughout the process. The end result was a perfect new-style.

There was great service, extremely polite and friendly, the end result however was a long shot from what I had in mind, and I fully regret coming here.

Demi made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and I was very pleased with my cut and blow dry. She also arranged for me to have a colour consultation after my cut which was really helpful. Great service overall!

My hair came out better than I expected. Really pleased with the result. The lady who done my hair her name was not in the list but she was Romanian and heavily pregnant and she was friendly and professional and listened to any concerns regarding my hair. I do go to another salon for cutting but for bleaching I only go to this one because they offer the smart bond which keeps my hairs condition good. I’d say the price is a little dearer than other places but I’d rather pay the extra and get the best results

Every visit for me as a client is just a scale above the rest. The ambience of the salon is just incredible - it’s a family. The team led by Kira - they are just awesome and such talented artists in their craft. Every visit is unique.
