HARE & BONE - London

This was a gift experience with Sam Burnett himself and it certainly lived up to expectations. From the minute I arrived I was treated like a celebrity and certainly felt very pampered from the glass of prosecco, the optional back massaging chair to the head massage!

I have wanted for so long to get a fresh look and style to my hair but have been clueless as to what to do. Sam took time to learn more about me and my personality and then created a hairstyle that would suit me. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing! He has definitely put the volume and bounce back into my curls and gave me a style that definitely captures my fun personality. I left the salon strutting along with so much more confidence, and just can't stop touching and feeling my hair!!!

I'm really happy with my new look, thank you Sam, and thanks to your team for making the whole experience from arrival to hair wash an absolute joy.

I will happily recommend you and look forward to my return.

Sam's salon is incredible! So friendly. Came in with yellow hair and left completely silver which is what I asked for. Chloe and Jade were amazing and super efficient and really sweet girls. Had a great experience. Worth every penny and every second.

Chloe has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. I have extremely curly, unmanageable hair and she has recommended brilliant products that have helped and always gives me the best cut and blow dry. I walked out after my appointment today feeling fabulous, which at 9 months pregnant is quite an achievement!! Couldn't recommend her more. The salon is fantastic with lovely welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. I think it is the best salon in London.

Visited H&B as staying nearby. Needed a repair job after a dodgy haircut abroad. Asked the hairdresser (not sure of his name, pleasant chap, lives in Primrose Hill) to try to make it look professional- hats off to him this is exactly what he did. I don't usually go to the bother of writing reviews but this was such a good job that I thought he deserved the recognition. Thank you.

Nathan is wonderful - he made me feel so comfortable and he dyed my hair beautifully. I have already booked in my next appointment. Such a cute place, and all the staff are attentive and lovely. Highly recommended! I won't be going anywhere else now.

After years of never getting exactly what I've asked for and always leaving a little underwhelmed my appointment with Ernie at Hare & Bone changed that. She listened to what I wanted, asked questions and gave me options to make sure we were both on the same page. The salon itself was lovely and the massaging chairs at the sinks a surprise! I left after my Balayage and cut really pleased I'd made the choice to go to Hare & Bone, will defiantly be returning!

Being a U.S. student studying in London for the semester, I was very skeptical to get my hair done by another person let alone in another country. After an amazing experience with Jade today, I can happily say this is truly the best my hair has ever looked in my life. jade did a very natural baylage & cut and it looks phenomenal. I wish I could fly back to London just to get my hair done by Jade!!

As always a great experience - highlights wonderfully natural and and cut just as I like it. The glass of bubbles and pretzels helped make it a special Saturday afternoon.

Exemplary service at Hare & Bone as always. I've never been any less than thrilled with the service I get here, one of the few places I'm confident to put my hair into someone else's hands and know that I'll leave happy.
Jack did a fantastic job with my cut and toner, he knew exactly how I wanted it.

The best of the best in London.

When I first met Ernie I was instantly at ease and made to feel very comfortable, as if we had known eachother for years. I was impressed by Ernie's consistent head massage and funny banter. Ernie knows what she's doing and she made my hair look amazing, she made me feel like a million dollars.

So happy with my hair every time I leave. Ernie is amazing!

Went in today for a colour, cut and blow dry and left feeling thrilled at the results. Jack spent a long time making sure all the colours were spot on and my hair looks even nicer than I had hoped! Everyone is the salon was very friendly and engaging and the coffee and wine makes it all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

I tried Hare & Bone after Vixen & Blush recommended it to me. Hare & Bone are exceptional in my opinion.
I was having colour correction and re-growth colour. The stylist Jack listened and didn't rush my consultation, he consulted with another stylist as well.
I found that he was very attentive in checking my colour during processing time. Indeed half was washed off to prevent this whilst the other side caught up.
I found all the staff at this salon to be really great and so friendly. They styled my hair so well, I'm definitely going back and will recommend them to friends.
Great coffee and it didn't hurt that they also serve wine!
Overall total thumbs up!

I would recommend anyone to visit Hare & Bone. The team, led by Sam Burnett, are all exceptionally talented and a really lovely bunch of people. I used to be nervous about going to the hairdresser but I feel so comfortable and and confident that I look forward to visiting now. Enjoy tea and biscuits, or something a bit stronger, with your cut/colour and the whole experience is a fantastic treat! I would recommend the Olaplex treatment for anyone having a colour treatment. It makes your hair so shiny and healthy and stops it feeling dry/damaged after colouring.

Ok so I've been having my hair done since they opened. So after all this time you'd thing i' d just be used to get an amazing cut from Sam and funky colour by Chloe!

Everyone makes you feel special with fantastic service too.

I love going you get really well looked after, chance to relax and then walk out feeling and looking amazing.

Expensive but worth it .. I'll come back

I had a great experience at Hare & Bone this afternoon! I needed a last-minute blowout for an interview, and easily booked an appointment last evening online! Jack was fantastic, and even though it was my first time at the salon, the staff was so nice and welcoming! The salon itself is so beautiful and clean, and my hair looks perfect!

Have walked past this salon so many times but yesterday was the first time I went in for a blow dry. Wish I'd been in before! Had an appointment at 5pm which I only booked a couple of hours beforehand. Thoroughly enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere - music wasn't too loud which is usually one of my pet peeves! And Nathan did a gorgeous blow dry which a day later still looks great and my hair isn't greasy either which is the norm usually after a visit to the hairdressers. Would definitely recommend this salon and Nathan for a blow dry. I imagine the rest of the services they provide will be just as good!

I love the experience of going to hare and bone. It maybe pretty costly vs similar places but I like the people and service. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere

I've been a client of Sam Burnett for many years and this, his first salon is a perfect blend of his high standards combined with his relaxed and friendly personality. All the stylists, colourists and front of house are consummate professionals yet make you feel welcome and at home. The salon is modern and frill free but cosy and intimate. These days the lovely Amy O'Keefe cuts my hair which is like being styled by a friend. She knows what will work for me and guides me to the right choices. She recommends the right products and treatments every time. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for a central London salon. I would not have my hair cut anywhere else.

I love this place, Jade is superb!
