HARE & BONE - London

Everyone was lovely from start to finish! Jade sat down beside me to find out exactly how I would like my hair cut and I am so happy with the result. I have a lot of long thick hair and so my appointment ran a little over but I never felt like anything was rushed and walked out with a beautifully styled hair. Also, massage chair was a lush extra and head massage during my hair treatment was on point. Thank you!

At last my curly hair has been cut and styled by someone who knows what he is doing.
I was confident to sit back and let him create his own style and I feel great.
Sam has created a transformation in my hair and myself. A weight has been lifted and I have a spring in my step. Thank you.
Its defiantly true a haidresser is a girls best friend.

Having moved to the UK 4 months ago, I had been postponing getting my hair cut out of fear. So after a lot of research, I decided to go to Hare & Bone. My stylist, Jack, did a great job and turned my fears into a really lovely and enjoyable experience. Will definitely become a regular.

Spent an afternoon having my hair transformed by Jade. She was brilliant - really listened and understood what my hair is like and how much time I have to look after it, to make sure that the cut and regrowth would be manageable. The colour is perfect and I have never been happier with my hair. Also helped get the right products for aftercare

I went in with a really minimal brief and my hairdresser (jack) interpreted it brilliantly and gave me the exact cut I wanted even though I gave him so little to go off. Would definitely recommend for a cut and planning on going back for my first colour there

I booked my appointment last minute after delaying a much needed haircut for far too long - and bit the bullet via Hare and Bone. It began with a call from them moving my appointment half an hour later which was annoying but fine, and I was happy to be greated with an offer of prosecco, tea, etc. The hair washing chairs have an automatic leg raise and massage function which was a treat and I felt good about my choice of salon and stylist. Quickly into the actual cut however, I noticed (as an avid hair/beauty/fashion snob/buff/whatever) that he was cutting it very simply and not how I had anticipated. Throughout my stay I became more and more aware of the simplicity and disregard for what I said I wanted - but thought going from so long to a few inches shorter always feels weird so it would be alright. He styled it relatively well and though shorter and more blunt than I wanted, it looked quite nice. As I got home and the following day it appeared worse and worse as the layers showed themselves in a blunt and uneven mess, the back is shorter than the front (the entire left side is shorter actually), and it's about 2 inches shorter than I said. I very well could have done a better job myself which is terrifying and extremely disappointing. My stylist was nice and I had an alright time there but my expectations were absolutely crushed and I will not be returning. My month long wait for normal looking hair commences.

I came in to have a drastic change as I was donating my hair and I honestly couldn't be happier that I came to Hare and Bone. Jack took such good care of my hair and his attention to detail with the cut exceeded my expectations. Hair and Bone staff are very welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere, very professional, love the fact the staff don't wear a dress code, I've already rebooked for a colour.

After trying several hairdressers I was really pleased to find someone who listened and advised me on a suitable cut. Anthony showed great attention to detail and would highly recommend him and the salon.

This was a gift experience with Sam Burnett himself and it certainly lived up to expectations. From the minute I arrived I was treated like a celebrity and certainly felt very pampered from the glass of prosecco, the optional back massaging chair to the head massage!

I have wanted for so long to get a fresh look and style to my hair but have been clueless as to what to do. Sam took time to learn more about me and my personality and then created a hairstyle that would suit me. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing! He has definitely put the volume and bounce back into my curls and gave me a style that definitely captures my fun personality. I left the salon strutting along with so much more confidence, and just can't stop touching and feeling my hair!!!

I'm really happy with my new look, thank you Sam, and thanks to your team for making the whole experience from arrival to hair wash an absolute joy.

Sam's salon is incredible! So friendly. Came in with yellow hair and left completely silver which is what I asked for. Chloe and Jade were amazing and super efficient and really sweet girls. Had a great experience. Worth every penny and every second.

Chloe has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. I have extremely curly, unmanageable hair and she has recommended brilliant products that have helped and always gives me the best cut and blow dry. I walked out after my appointment today feeling fabulous, which at 9 months pregnant is quite an achievement!! Couldn't recommend her more. The salon is fantastic with lovely welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. I think it is the best salon in London.

Visited H&B as staying nearby. Needed a repair job after a dodgy haircut abroad. Asked the hairdresser (not sure of his name, pleasant chap, lives in Primrose Hill) to try to make it look professional- hats off to him this is exactly what he did. I don't usually go to the bother of writing reviews but this was such a good job that I thought he deserved the recognition. Thank you.

Nathan is wonderful - he made me feel so comfortable and he dyed my hair beautifully. I have already booked in my next appointment. Such a cute place, and all the staff are attentive and lovely. Highly recommended! I won't be going anywhere else now.

After years of never getting exactly what I've asked for and always leaving a little underwhelmed my appointment with Ernie at Hare & Bone changed that. She listened to what I wanted, asked questions and gave me options to make sure we were both on the same page. The salon itself was lovely and the massaging chairs at the sinks a surprise! I left after my Balayage and cut really pleased I'd made the choice to go to Hare & Bone, will defiantly be returning!

Being a U.S. student studying in London for the semester, I was very skeptical to get my hair done by another person let alone in another country. After an amazing experience with Jade today, I can happily say this is truly the best my hair has ever looked in my life. jade did a very natural baylage & cut and it looks phenomenal. I wish I could fly back to London just to get my hair done by Jade!!

As always a great experience - highlights wonderfully natural and and cut just as I like it. The glass of bubbles and pretzels helped make it a special Saturday afternoon.

The best of the best in London.

When I first met Ernie I was instantly at ease and made to feel very comfortable, as if we had known eachother for years. I was impressed by Ernie's consistent head massage and funny banter. Ernie knows what she's doing and she made my hair look amazing, she made me feel like a million dollars.

So happy with my hair every time I leave. Ernie is amazing!

Went in today for a colour, cut and blow dry and left feeling thrilled at the results. Jack spent a long time making sure all the colours were spot on and my hair looks even nicer than I had hoped! Everyone is the salon was very friendly and engaging and the coffee and wine makes it all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
