First time having my hair cut in London. Absolutely love it. Amy was very helpful and professional.

Jade did exactly what I wanted and helped me narrow down from some photos what would work best given my hair and lifestyle. She’s amazing - my hair looks fantastic! So very pleased with the service and skill that went into my new hairstyle.

Andrew is a new addition to the Hare&Bone team & he is wonderful. Very impressed by my wash & blow & I have booked him again next week ☺️

I have been going to this salon for just over a year now and from my first appointment to my latest appointment I have had nothing but amazing amazing service from the moment you are greeted by the front of house, to the assistants who put your cap and towel on to the hairdressers - everyone! I’m not the easiest of customers as my request for bright purple hair isn’t your box standard request however, My hairdresser Ernie takes the time to discuss ideas/colours/styles and then what we agree on comes to life. I have never come out of the salon disappointed and every single time I get inundated with compliments from people I know but also from strangers on the street. I could not recommend this salon more. I already look forward to my next appointment!!!

I have been coming here for a few years and I have always had a great experience. The team is very talented. I recently decided to chop off my long hair and go for a short but manageable look. Working as a busy city lawyer and managing a husband and three kids I neeed something that looked glamorous but was manageable. A tall order but delivered perfectly by Nathan. He captured exactly the look I wanted. My hair is beautifully layered but is effortless to manage. I receive so many compliments. The staff are friendly particularly the front of house manager Nurul Alan who will always greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome engage and ensure that everything is running smoothly. A great salon and highly recommended ! Keep up the great work H&B!

My experience at Hare & Bone was the one I have always wanted while getting a haircut. Jamie asked all the relevant questions with patience and attention and made me feel perfectly at ease. He was technically skillfull and understood not only what I wanted but also what would work best with my hair. He explained everything once again with patience and attention and gave me some brilliant styling tips as well. I can confidently say it’s the best haircut I have ever received ! Thank you !

I have been going here for nearly a year now and every visit I am treated as if it’s my first. The care and attention given is off the scale .Jade is not only a very gifted hairdresser but really understands the importance of customer care .

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt very well looked after. Would highly recommend.

It started with Nurun, the receptionist who took the time to and help with my logistics as a new client coming from outside London. She spoke with Jamie and made sure that he had enough information so we could book the correct amount of time for a complete restyle and colour.

Jamie, my stylist, took the time to really look at pictures I provided pictures so he could get a sense of my personality, my hair texture and colour (I have difficult hair) and pictures of potential styles - some were very different from each other but essential to understand subtleties I was looking for.

He did not disapppoint. He looked carefully, interpreted and understood well.

The result was outstanding.

They all seem to have a real passion for listening in order to be trend conscious and offer the perfect, flattering and desired result.

I had my hair dyed by Emelia..great advice given she really knows her stuff. The team were really great Nurun organise my appointment as I was coming from Southampton so getting the logistics correct was important for me- so well done team:)

I've got to say that the experience yesterday was really excellent from start to finish. I've been to many salons over the years but this very happy and accommodating team have got it right from Front of House right through the process. They all worked exceptionally well together and made very sure that I had everything I needed, and I could tell from listening to other clients at the time that they were being equally well attended to and were clearly just as happy as I was. I gather they're opening a new salon in Esher in a couple of weeks, and I have no doubt it will be just as successful. Thanks and well done all of you!

A fantastic hair cut and great service.

Alice is amazing. It was my first visit and she put me at ease within seconds. We talked about what I wanted and she took her time to understand my daily routine and then check my hair to make sure I could achieve the desired results. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back again!

I had my hair cut with Ernie today. She was excellent, she really listened and managed my very tricky hair with great skill. I am delighted with my cut. She is also very friendly. I really enjoyed my visit.

Ernie was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, achieved the perfect colour and was easy to talk to. Would definitely return.

I visited the salon after another salon had done a terrible job on my colour and Hare and Bone was recommended to me. From start to finish, Jose was great. He talked me through what process would be needed to get my hair back to the colour I wanted. The process itself was very relaxing, including the reclining massage chairs and the result is exactly what I wanted. I will definately be returning! Thank you!

The salon was welcoming and had a really great vibe. Amy not only is super skilled with the scissors, she is passionate about her job and loves planning out the perfect cut for each person. She also went totally above beyond when I had a little bit of a scheduling problem. Definitely recommend!!

We just had the pleasure of meeting Jade who listened carefully to what we hoped for, offered well-considered, professional suggestions and provided an incredible color, conditioning, cut, and overall transformative experience. We now want to return to London (from the USA) on a regular basis to see Jade. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating- we spent 4 hours at the salon and really appreciated the cafe latte!

I never normally leave reviews, but I was so happy with the service I received here! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere & Nathan was a brilliant stylist. If you have fine/quite hard to manage hair I would absolutely recommend this place.

Hello there, Amy cut my hair following a recent consultation, during which I talked to her about my hair disaster - it had been cut very poorly elsewhere and I was looking to remedy it.

Amy was understanding, patient and so so supportive - she cut my hair beautifully but also talked me through how best to style it while we wait for it to grow.

I have of course booked in again for my next cut - I’ll not go anywhere else in future!

Amelia was amazing! I went in for a cut a blow dry and was lucky as she’d just had a cancellation so could fit me in. So happy with the results and will definitely be going back, worth every penny.

Nathan is a star

I was trying a new hairdresser after 10 years with the same person, so I was quite nervous. But Sam spent ages talking to me about my lifestyle and thinking about how my hair falls, and he gave me a really great cut. Already booked again.

With out appointment and short in time( I have arrived at 5 pm) Emilia have transformed my brunette chevelure in a nice and soft "first step" of biscuit hue highlights over my châtain clair base. She was very patienand sweet and explained perfectly all process I should go through to achieve my goal... to be blonde like I was in the '80s...I will go back to the salon in a month and half.

Had an emergency with colour and they were so quick and saved my hair for a very special occasion!
