She is incredibly attentive and always wants to deliver the best for me which she does

Receptionist genuinely welcoming, happy and attentive.........beautiful salon......simple, practical, quirky and interestingly designed with calm energy. Hair wash was extraordinarily in-depth .....thoroughly rinsed.....chair at sink, usually so uncomfortable, was sublime......feet section lifted so body and head were supported and some kind of machine within the back of the chair massages your back ( optional ) while hair is being washed. This all might seem irrelevant but with a relaxed body the mind seems to follow. I liked the choice of music. This was my first visit to the salon and the discussion with Jamie about hair styles was again indepth.......such an important moment to ensure a real understanding of the shape of the cut...and indepth questions regarding how I washed and dried my hair. Ideas thrown back and forth eventually clearing the way to start cutting. I love the cut.......the hair feels lighter in texture ......yet more full in volume...... Hair feels more healthy, more alive and free to move while maintaining a shape. Thank you J B.........I enjoyed every moment......a great experience.

Had a most excellent experience! Lovely front of house. Andrew was super professional and not at all intimidated by my long thick hair; there was a definite vibe of genuine passion for his craft. I was then sent on my way with the cushiony embrace from a nice glass of fizz.

Like most women I love my hair! Unfortunately I have no skills when it comes to styling it. I am more of a wash and go kind of gal.
Jamie understood what I was looking for and gave me an amazingly precise haircut. Even tough it looks better when styled, I can still just wash and go and look good, polished and put together. Thank you.

Andrew listened and gave me a beautiful hair cut and colour.

We changed the formula in December 2018, my last visit, but it was not recorded. I was assured that the red colour they would mix would match the picture. They told me to "trust them. Leave it to us." The colorance was flat and as if 3 weeks of washed out. It was not warm and vibrant. We then did another round of colorance, in a redder colour, but it was too harsh. I was told that blending it with copper would possibly not work because the red is so powerful. I am at a loss. And after several years going to Hare, I'm sadly not sure.

I visited Hare & Bone for the first time yesterday and was really impressed with the service! I didn’t have to go home and redo my hair afterwards either which hasn’t happened in ages...My stylist was the brilliant Andrew- we had a short consultation beforehand where he really understood what needed to be done to my hair and then just gave me a great cut which I love! I would highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be going back!

I had been feeling a bit underwhelmed by my previous hairdresser and the last couple of cuts felt, dare I say, frumpy. Decided to try somewhere new and hopefully a bit more exciting... Read reviews on Salon Spy and Timeout and decided to try Hare & Bone. Somewhat nervous beforehand as wasn’t sure what to expect... and I have curly hair which sometimes throws people... but no need for nerves... the salon was calm, peaceful and very welcoming. Nathan was great putting me at ease straight away. He pulled up a stool and had a good chat to find out what I wanted... 45 mins later there I was with an amazing fun new cut... love it :-)))))

Really loved Amelia she listened to what I wanted and knew immediately what to do. A great cutter and very conscientious. Very pleased with the result and loved the head massage. Looking forward to my next trim with Amelia.

Ernie is always brilliant. Very skilled in dealing with my tricky short hair and very warm and friendly, as are all the staff at Hare and Bone.

Andrew gave me a men’s cut and it was honestly the best haircut I have ever had. He was very friendly and knowledgable of how to tame my difficult hair. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I definitely plan on going back soon. Overall a great experience.

It’s a big deal changing your hairdresser but Amelia really listens to what you want...and transform me. I’m now a regular. Not cheap but worth every penny

Came to the Salon for a style change (chopped off my long locks and trading it for a long bob) - first time to the salon and had the pleasure to have the very fun (and incredibly talented) Jose did the change. VERY HAPPY with the results and the experience. Not only were everyone really nice and friendly, from the shampoo to the tiny massage to the cut and the finish, everything was done well with a dash of fun (at some point Jose was cutting my hair to the tune of the christmas song playing in the salon!).

Will definitely be back (let’s tackle those colours!) but come here if you like to be really taken care of!

I decided to try this salon for the first time for a cut & blow dry, having read positive reviews on timeout and other sites. I was very pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and attentive all of the staff were. I was carefully listened to and provided with a lot of great advice on how to manage my hair. It was one of the pricier haircuts I’ve gotten, which I knew it would be but I can certainly say it’s well worth it as I only get a haircut every 4 months or so. They did a beautiful job and spent an extra half hour on my hair

I had orginally scheduled a cut and blow dry appointment with a master stylist, however when I arrived I was told my appointment that I made for 4pm was scheduled at 7pm. The receptionist had changed my appointment without informing me of whatever “technical error”, asked me whether I was at the right place and stated that a regular had the same technical issue but she was fine with it. However, I am not a regular so it is was the worst first impression I had, It was also insinuated by the receptionist that I should call to confirm when I receive conflicting confirmation messages. Organising a salon’s appointment is not my responsibility. Such a mistake is unprofessional. I recieved an apology and had a great hair cut experience with a newer stylist. Still, I can’t return to a salon that messes with my appointment (replacing it with someone doing highlights which is more profitable) on the first visit.

It’s a pity, because the hairdresser I had was great.

I booked online and was sent an email with an address for the salon I booked for. Unfortunately the address was incorrect but the lovely Jose fitted me in. Did make up a little for a v stressful experience.

Just walked in off the street for a quick cut, on the off chance. Staff were charming and super cooperative. Dashed about to find me a barber and found one a 2 mins. Very professional, great vibe excellent results,

I found Hare and Bone through a magazine article rating it one of the top ten salons in London. I wasn’t disappointed! The team were friendly and professional and Andrew was brilliant at understanding what I wanted doing with my hair. From the wonderful massage chairs and hair wash to the tips and advice on hair care, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for a great haircut!

When you feel down and your hair is doing what ever it wants Go to Hare & Bone and ask for Jose. He is a magican and he knows hair.
His colour and cut make me look 5y younger.

Sam did my cut and Jade did my colour. The haircut is perfect, he added layers that make my hair bounce and fall perfectly without me having to style it at all. It is exactly the effortless French girl style that looks amazing all the time, just what I wanted! The highlights Jade did are so pretty, they are delicate and natural, and the colour is exactly what I've always wanted but never achieved before!! I take good care of my hair and people often compliment me on it, but now I get so many compliments every day for my hair!! I absolutely love it and I'm so happy with it, thank you so much to Sam and Jade!! I absolutely recommend them 100%

I have been a regular at Hare and Bone since it opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! The service is first class. You're always made to feel welcome and I love the relaxed, but highly professional atmostphere. You can't really go wrong with any of the staff here - they're all extremely good whether it be a blow dry, colour or cut.
