Absolutely beautiful haircut and service! Jade is amazing!

Amelia is knockout. She always takes care of my colour & ensures I’m well looked after. Talented, creative and a real visionary. She makes you feel & look fabulous. In fact all of the staff are wonderful. I’d not go anywhere else.

Ernie is always brilliant. Very skilled in dealing with my tricky short hair and very warm and friendly, as are all the staff at Hare and Bone.

Andrew gave me a men’s cut and it was honestly the best haircut I have ever had. He was very friendly and knowledgable of how to tame my difficult hair. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I definitely plan on going back soon. Overall a great experience.

It’s a big deal changing your hairdresser but Amelia really listens to what you want...and transform me. I’m now a regular. Not cheap but worth every penny

Came to the Salon for a style change (chopped off my long locks and trading it for a long bob) - first time to the salon and had the pleasure to have the very fun (and incredibly talented) Jose did the change. VERY HAPPY with the results and the experience. Not only were everyone really nice and friendly, from the shampoo to the tiny massage to the cut and the finish, everything was done well with a dash of fun (at some point Jose was cutting my hair to the tune of the christmas song playing in the salon!).

Will definitely be back (let’s tackle those colours!) but come here if you like to be really taken care of!

I decided to try this salon for the first time for a cut & blow dry, having read positive reviews on timeout and other sites. I was very pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and attentive all of the staff were. I was carefully listened to and provided with a lot of great advice on how to manage my hair. It was one of the pricier haircuts I’ve gotten, which I knew it would be but I can certainly say it’s well worth it as I only get a haircut every 4 months or so. They did a beautiful job and spent an extra half hour on my hair

I had orginally scheduled a cut and blow dry appointment with a master stylist, however when I arrived I was told my appointment that I made for 4pm was scheduled at 7pm. The receptionist had changed my appointment without informing me of whatever “technical error”, asked me whether I was at the right place and stated that a regular had the same technical issue but she was fine with it. However, I am not a regular so it is was the worst first impression I had, It was also insinuated by the receptionist that I should call to confirm when I receive conflicting confirmation messages. Organising a salon’s appointment is not my responsibility. Such a mistake is unprofessional. I recieved an apology and had a great hair cut experience with a newer stylist. Still, I can’t return to a salon that messes with my appointment (replacing it with someone doing highlights which is more profitable) on the first visit.

It’s a pity, because the hairdresser I had was great.

I booked online and was sent an email with an address for the salon I booked for. Unfortunately the address was incorrect but the lovely Jose fitted me in. Did make up a little for a v stressful experience.

Just walked in off the street for a quick cut, on the off chance. Staff were charming and super cooperative. Dashed about to find me a barber and found one a 2 mins. Very professional, great vibe excellent results,

I found Hare and Bone through a magazine article rating it one of the top ten salons in London. I wasn’t disappointed! The team were friendly and professional and Andrew was brilliant at understanding what I wanted doing with my hair. From the wonderful massage chairs and hair wash to the tips and advice on hair care, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for a great haircut!

When you feel down and your hair is doing what ever it wants Go to Hare & Bone and ask for Jose. He is a magican and he knows hair.
His colour and cut make me look 5y younger.
Jose look after my hair for years and always make me wanna dance after leaving the salon.

Sam did my cut and Jade did my colour. The haircut is perfect, he added layers that make my hair bounce and fall perfectly without me having to style it at all. It is exactly the effortless French girl style that looks amazing all the time, just what I wanted! The highlights Jade did are so pretty, they are delicate and natural, and the colour is exactly what I've always wanted but never achieved before!! I take good care of my hair and people often compliment me on it, but now I get so many compliments every day for my hair!! I absolutely love it and I'm so happy with it, thank you so much to Sam and Jade!! I absolutely recommend them 100%

I have been a regular at Hare and Bone since it opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! The service is first class. You're always made to feel welcome and I love the relaxed, but highly professional atmostphere. You can't really go wrong with any of the staff here - they're all extremely good whether it be a blow dry, colour or cut.

Jade did exactly what I wanted and helped me narrow down from some photos what would work best given my hair and lifestyle. She’s amazing - my hair looks fantastic! So very pleased with the service and skill that went into my new hairstyle.

I have been going to this salon for just over a year now and from my first appointment to my latest appointment I have had nothing but amazing amazing service from the moment you are greeted by the front of house, to the assistants who put your cap and towel on to the hairdressers - everyone! I’m not the easiest of customers as my request for bright purple hair isn’t your box standard request however, My hairdresser Ernie takes the time to discuss ideas/colours/styles and then what we agree on comes to life. I have never come out of the salon disappointed and every single time I get inundated with compliments from people I know but also from strangers on the street. I could not recommend this salon more. I already look forward to my next appointment!!!

I have been coming here for a few years and I have always had a great experience. The team is very talented. I recently decided to chop off my long hair and go for a short but manageable look. Working as a busy city lawyer and managing a husband and three kids I neeed something that looked glamorous but was manageable. A tall order but delivered perfectly by Nathan. He captured exactly the look I wanted. My hair is beautifully layered but is effortless to manage. I receive so many compliments. The staff are friendly particularly the front of house manager Nurul Alan who will always greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome engage and ensure that everything is running smoothly. A great salon and highly recommended ! Keep up the great work H&B!

My experience at Hare & Bone was the one I have always wanted while getting a haircut. Jamie asked all the relevant questions with patience and attention and made me feel perfectly at ease. He was technically skillfull and understood not only what I wanted but also what would work best with my hair. He explained everything once again with patience and attention and gave me some brilliant styling tips as well. I can confidently say it’s the best haircut I have ever received ! Thank you !

I have been going here for nearly a year now and every visit I am treated as if it’s my first. The care and attention given is off the scale .Jade is not only a very gifted hairdresser but really understands the importance of customer care .

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt very well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Jamie, my stylist, took the time to really look at pictures I provided pictures so he could get a sense of my personality, my hair texture and colour (I have difficult hair) and pictures of potential styles - some were very different from each other but essential to understand subtleties I was looking for.

He did not disapppoint. He looked carefully, interpreted and understood well.

The result was outstanding.

They all seem to have a real passion for listening in order to be trend conscious and offer the perfect, flattering and desired result.

I've got to say that the experience yesterday was really excellent from start to finish. I've been to many salons over the years but this very happy and accommodating team have got it right from Front of House right through the process. They all worked exceptionally well together and made very sure that I had everything I needed, and I could tell from listening to other clients at the time that they were being equally well attended to and were clearly just as happy as I was. I gather they're opening a new salon in Esher in a couple of weeks, and I have no doubt it will be just as successful. Thanks and well done all of you!

Alice is amazing. It was my first visit and she put me at ease within seconds. We talked about what I wanted and she took her time to understand my daily routine and then check my hair to make sure I could achieve the desired results. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back again!
