Lovely cut, super happy about quick and professional service.

I'm always impressed when I have my hair done at Hare and Bone. Highly recommend salon and the service provided by Jamie is especially good. My colour is just great and the key point is he always listens to what the customer wants and then delivers. Totally happy with the result!!

Trying out a new stylist is always a bit of a gamble - Is this person good at their craft? Is this person going to give consideration to my lifestyle? Is this person going to grasp the texture of my hair and the difficulties my crazy mane poses? I’ve been through this trial and error game a few times so I temper my expectations when trying someone new. As someone newish to london, whose hair had grown unruly (hair chokehold in the middle of the night anyone?) it was time to bite the bullet and get a haircut. Well, much to my surprise, Amelia worked some magic on my hair and I now look awesome.

Amelia sat me down, looked at my facial features and structure, spent some time getting to know my hair texture (fine, but really unruly, and theres a shitload of it), then Amelia asked me about my lifestyle/work/etc. I explained I needed easy, wash and almost go, cool girl look. Totally open about the length. After the consult Amelia whisked me off to the washing station for a deep clean and a nice head massage. Then to the cutting station where the magic happened. 60 minutes later shiny, Healthy, easy wavy locks were revealed. During the blow dry Amelia took time to show me how to style my hair similarly at home.

I had a great experience in the salon, people were really nice, the pay very good attention about what you want to achieve. I couldn't be happier with this salon. Highly recommended.

Wonderful. Really attentive and not rushed.

It was okay. For the money I paid I would normally expect something much more technical. I got a shorter hair cut and have super fine hair. The best stylists I've had usually spend a lot of time shaping it - I paid a lot more than I normally would and the hair cut was pretty quick and looks pretty whatever. Good - not awesome. I would go back but not before checking out some other places first.

Really great experience. Jamie was brilliant, very friendly and professional. Really happy with my cut and already looking forward to the next.

Lovely salon and a great team. Had a gorgeous blow dry but, unfortunately, the curls only lasted about half an hour until they fell.

Really enjoyed my experience at Hare & Bone yesterday. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Had a fantastic haircut with Sam Burnett. Sam was lovely and really took his time with my hair and made sure I was happy with the cut. Left feeling like a million dollars! We had the added bonus of meeting Sam’s beautiful dog, Reggie - what a cutie! Thank you Sam, Reggie and the team at Hare & Bone.

My stylist was José. We did a hair glossing and hair cut. This is a true premium service. Everyone is super friendly. And José is both a very talented stylist and a lovely person. Could not recommend enough him and the salon.

The journey was A+. Apologies if I have forgotten the names of the front of house, I hope your team can work that one out.

I was greeted in a bubbly fashion the front of house staff introduced themselves&offered me a drink as I sat back. I was met by Jamie&he introduced himself&asked questions aimed at getting to know me as a person, what I do, how my lifestyle fits around my hair etc. He brought me over&we had a consult in front of a mirror where he explained my facial aesthetics assessed the volume&type of hair&what could potentially be achieved. I’ve never had such a thorough assessment&we decided on what kind of style would suit my facial pattern.

Next the junior stylist (sorry for forgetting his name!) got me ready, washed my hair made me feel at ease&relaxed (along with the comfortable massaging chair) & gave me a nice head massage; bonus. Next the haircut. Jamie taught me how to care for my hair, why he was cutting the hair he does&what affect this will have to not only the look but maintenance on a daily basis. Discussion was easy and free flowing&he even told me about the ethos&stand out features of who Hare&Bone are&how that relates to me as a customer. I much prefer a niche environment that has a story and is genuine & it seems that was true with Jamie & who Hare & Bone are. After the initial trim, the hair was blow-dried & then further cut to give it the depth, layers & style we were both after. And Jamie for sure delivered!

Check-out was professional, smiles all around&really I felt like a VIP. With so much competition in the customer service culture clients are not looking for just a style or haircut they are looking for an experience&it's exactly what I received. Top to bottom top quality service, with Jamie delivering me a fresh look that gives me the confidence to smile. I can't stop feeling positive&that says everything about your service.

I think I may have just found a brand I believe in & will stay with!

Jose listened and oferred advice but left choices up to me. I wanted a little more than my usual trim ( yikes) and to cut away old bleach and sun damage.. i came away feeling different, but also like me ! Very pleased with the cut and the friendly support.....and the massage chair. Thanks to all concerned.

Delighted with my haircut. Great salon. Lovely people. Sam really took time to understand the sort of hairstyle I wanted and my lifestyle. He explained what he was doing at each stage. Just when I thought that this was probably my best hair salon experience, along comes Reggie, Sam’s adorable little dog. All hair salons should have a ‘Reggie’. I could see other customers melting as Reggie sat on their laps. I’m definitely coming back to Sam who was so impressive and I also can’t wait to see Reggie again.

I was given a warm welcome from the front of house gentleman, who directed me to the fragrant toilet and offered me refreshments whilst I waited for Andrew. Andrew talked me through a range of options for my hair style and the routine i should adopt. I am very happy with the results and more than happy to recommend the salon, particularly Andrew, to family and friends. I was recommended by three people.

I have 0 complaints about my service at hare and bone, it was absolutely flawless. I was super terrified of trying out a new hairdresser as I have just moved over from Aus and my hairdresser back at home knew how I liked my hair. I’m super fussy when it comes to my hair and the style I like is not easy to pull off. Jose and Rachel listened to everything I had to say and took it all on board, checking in with me throughout each step. Every experience from the first phone call booking it, to the greeting, down to the service was perfect. I was greeted with the offer of a coffee, got a lovely massage from the massage seats at the basin and enjoyed a wonderful head massage as they washed my hair. My colour turned out perfect and despite this I was even offered a re-tone if I wasn’t happy with it. They were willing to make sure I left with what I wanted. Worth every penny, the service here is priceless and I will be back, in fact I’m sure it will now be my regular hair dresser for my time in London. Thank you hare and bone, you’re all absolutely fabulous. You’ve made me a very happy aussie today!
