First time at Escape Hair this morning. I had Marina who is so lovely and advised well with my hair cut. I'm really pleased and will be using Marina again in December.
The place is clean and following the covid rules.
Love this place! Have had nearly every member of the team cut /colour my hair over the past 20 or so years and can honestly say iv had excellent results /service everytime!
The owners and staff are amazing, friendly, professional and very very talented!
All trained under the same umbrella the results are an excellent run saloon with top class haircut/colour everytime ,
I had a trim cut and blow dry plus roots with one of the owners yesterday and it was a great experience as always from the amazing head massage and hair wash from the apprentice to the excellent cut and colour from the director,
Gemma did my hair, as she has done for the last couple of years. Delighted with the result, as always. This is the friendliest salon in Eltham. All the staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been using Escape Hair on and off over the years and now after growing longer hair this year, will always be going back. The whole team are very experienced and their customer service is brilliant, even with my appointment being one of the last slots after a busy Friday.
I am never ceased to be amazed by the level of customer care shown by all Escape Hair staff. Having my hair done is such a wonderful treat from start to finish.
Gem and the team are always so welcoming and professional and I always leave with the exact haircut that I asked for. Cannot fault them! Highly recommend!
I've got very broke hair booked an appointment with Heyley she gave me an amazing hair wash then she managed to cut my hair to an even layer, will definitely be booking another appointment, she was like my little micral worker, and she didn't mind me not wearing my face mask. Also made me a great coffee

6 months and no haircut. I got use to a longer style and Kem was right that I’d want to keep it longer. Good to see him, followed his advice and didn’t have the usual short cut, Nice catch up and a cup of tea ? Pleased with my haircut - smart enough for an interview!

Had a great experience today having my much needed hair cut with a lovely Stylist Hailey. I’m so pleased with the cut and would definitely look her up again for future appointments.

I am not fussy as I will have a haircut maybe twice or three times a year. I chose ***** I asked her to do layers at the back and front of head. The layers at the back were nice but the layers at the front were awful. I was not happy with the way my layers looked and asked her to cut a bit more. She made it worse as you can see a thick chunk of hair and not layers. I also asked to use the thinning scissor to reduce volume but used normal scissors. When I told ***** that I wasn’t happy with the front layers, she got flustered as she kept on saying that I have thick hair. I have the same haircut for the past 7 years and I know how my hairdresser cuts it. She shouldn’t have dried the hair and then do the front layers. Anyway that was 37 pounds wasted!
Escape is a really friendly hair salon and all the staff are lovely. I trust Gem totally with my hair and he always makes my hair look and feel amazing!

Lovely experience, professional yet relaxed. Staff friendly but not intrusive, making it a pleasurable appointment. I used to visit regularly before moving out of area 10years ago, after my recent visit i remember why I like Escape so much! Would highly recommend! Hayley was my stylist.
I had my hair cut and blow dried yesterday with Gem and I’m always so happy with the finished look. Very relaxed atmosphere, felt safe with the face shields and screens. Took my daughter to have her hair cut today by Georgia and she was brilliant. Always a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff and fantastic service. Highly recommend.
I was anxious about going to the hairdressers as I cant use a mask and was worried I would have to wear one. Thankfully I didnt. They were very welcoming and I was relaxed and definitely going back.

Great to be back getting a long overdue hair trim and colour. Salon was clean and safe and although I was a little nervous beforehand I didn’t need to be at all. It was all good. On top of that am super pleased with my colour as done by Hayley.

I’ve been going to have my hair done here for years, and every time is always an extremely enjoyable experience, staff are always friendly and inviting. I never know really what I want but am able to speak with them and trust the advise they give always ending in an amazing result

I have been dreading going to a new hair salon as never does my hair come out how I want it.. I’m always told when I show pictures of what I want I can do that.. well today was the day a hairdresser actually said to me I will do that and done exactly what I had asked and more.. Hayley you was superb, even giving me advice as to what she thought would suit me, I was over the moon, I don’t remember the last time i came out of a hair salon and loved my hair.. thank you again so much Hayley.. the salon and all the staff are extremely friendly and really make you feel welcome which is an added bonus.. I will defo return and could recommend enough..
