I have been looking for a new hairdresser for some time and, after much searching, I finally booked an appointment with Kem and was so pleased I did, absolutely fantastic experience and the most amazing cut and colour, I have definitely found my new hairdresser! Wonderful service from all the staff, particularly Kem who took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted cut, blow drying and colour wise, the results were amazing. I would recommend here to anyone who is looking for a new salon. Well worth every penny! Fantastic! Thank you.
I've been going to Escape Hair for a couple of years now & that was from a friend's recommendation. I love these guys. Everyone is so friendly & lovely. They respect their customers preferences for cutting & styling. Never had any issues or problems. Highly recommend Escape Hair salon.
Love this salon. I’m never 100% sure what I’m going with when I arrive to my appointments but the staff are very patient and always willing to talk about different options and colours before hand have only been twice but love how they cater to me perfectly. Expensive but so so worth it

After even working for Toni & Guy and visiting salons as all my life, these are by experience the only salon that actually provide you with the full package from the moment you enter their beautifully refurbished new salon, until walking out with the most pleasing & more than satisfactory feeling than you’d ever expected before walking in!! Staff are all like one family, all on the same page with a personal approach to their customers individual request, and for a change, actually understanding their needs and fulfilling the finished outcome of style & colour! Escape Hair Eltham is a very sincere salon. When I lived in Eltham I took both my children to get their hair cut from Gemma and she was BRILLIANT. For my own hair I had it dyed by Gemma and she did a brilliant job. The best haircut was given to me by Natalie and it was simply because she seemed to understand exactly what look I wanted and shaped my hair to suit my features. I have thick hair and thinned hair in places but she managed my hair so well. Ken was also fantastic and every member of the team listens and will do what you ask patiently. I have moved to Norfolk now and I will really miss the talent in this place. Thank you to the entire Escape her team for always being great.
This was my first time at the Salon and it was so lovely. Gemma was so welcoming in and warm and did an amazing job on my hair. I got exactly what i asked for and more. I asked for advice and she gave me the best advice. I will definitely be back for another appointment and colour.

After not having visited Escapes for some time ( only due to my son becoming a stylist) but currently incapacitated.
I rang Escspes and was offered a standby appointment. Gem rang me and offered me a cancellation.
On entering the Salon l was treated as though ld never been away. All the staff although new to me, were extremely polite and warm and welcoming., offering me drinks & taking my coat etc.
Gem cut and styled my hair, and OMG Gem you’ve not lost your magic. Gem chatted with me and it was as easy going as l remembered.
I felt great and had forgotten how good that felt, I am very greatful for them slotting me in and for not making me feel guilty for having been away for some time.
Escapes of Eltham is still a warm and welcoming Salon, where the client is always centre stage.
Would not go to any other salon. It’s the best around

As is always the case, the staff at Escape are very committed and dedicated to their clients. Nothing is too much and there is always lots of laughter. A great couple of hours .... and the coffee is very good too!
Love all the staff there to me they are not just staff they like a big family love the service and the service they provide. I recommend them to any one.

Great! Love my haircut. First visit to the salon everyone really welcoming. Julie (?) washed my hair with a lovely massage and Haley understood exactly what I wanted and explained what she was doing as she cut. Looks great and everyone very friendly and cheerful. The steps they have taken against Covid made it feel safe too.

Excellent cut and highlights by Hayley, and the trainee, Abbey, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, whilst washing my hair. Followed the government guidelines also, screens between clients, and all wearing masks. Felt safe there.

My hair was in serious need of some TLC after 10 long months between cuts. I was so nervous about going, because my hair was in such poor condition. But Marina and Millie were lovely. So friendly & welcoming. Not at all judgemental. I definitely recommend Escape Hair. If they can turn my brittle & frizzy hair into sleak & healthy looking hair, they can do that for anybody. Thank You. I feel more like me again. I don't need any more pony tails to hide my horrific hair.
