I’ve been going to escape for over 13 years now , beautiful staff and my hair always looks fabulous, all the staff are wonderful at there jobs , would not go anywhere else, if your looking for a great cut and colour please go you wont be disappointed

Lovely wash and blow dry with Emily. My hair is silky smooth very pleased with it.

After even working for Toni & Guy and visiting salons as all my life, these are by experience the only salon that actually provide you with the full package from the moment you enter their beautifully refurbished new salon, until walking out with the most pleasing & more than satisfactory feeling than you’d ever expected before walking in!! Staff are all like one family, all on the same page with a personal approach to their customers individual request, and for a change, actually understanding their needs and fulfilling the finished outcome of style & colour! This salon is one of a kind and just feel so elated I found them!!

I have been coming to the salon for many years now and I always have Gem do my hair, I am always very pleased with my hair when I come out. they make you feel very relaxed and welcome, so I would definitely recommend this salon.

Escape Hair Eltham is a very sincere salon. When I lived in Eltham I took both my children to get their hair cut from Gemma and she was BRILLIANT. For my own hair I had it dyed by Gemma and she did a brilliant job. The best haircut was given to me by Natalie and it was simply because she seemed to understand exactly what look I wanted and shaped my hair to suit my features. I have thick hair and thinned hair in places but she managed my hair so well. Ken was also fantastic and every member of the team listens and will do what you ask patiently. I have moved to Norfolk now and I will really miss the talent in this place. Thank you to the entire Escape her team for always being great.

This was my first time at the Salon and it was so lovely. Gemma was so welcoming in and warm and did an amazing job on my hair. I got exactly what i asked for and more. I asked for advice and she gave me the best advice. I will definitely be back for another appointment and colour.

As usual, Gem did an excellent job. Friendly comfortable environment.... glad to be back!!

After a long gap I returned to escape, I really don’t know why I left !
The staff are all so polite and George was fantastic. Listening to everything I said I couldn’t be more happier. The products she used smelt amazing.
Ive been suffering with hair loss but George made me feel so at ease, recommending different things. I’ve rebooked in again and would highly recommend.

I honestly cannot tell you how much I love my hair.. every time I go to Hayley I actually look forward to my experience as I k ow she will do exactly what I have asked for and it just comes out better and better every time..

I had my hair done today I had it cut and the girl was lovely and done a really nice job. My hair is curly so can be hard to cut the length but I'm very pleased. Thank you

After not having visited Escapes for some time ( only due to my son becoming a stylist) but currently incapacitated.
I rang Escspes and was offered a standby appointment. Gem rang me and offered me a cancellation.
On entering the Salon l was treated as though ld never been away. All the staff although new to me, were extremely polite and warm and welcoming., offering me drinks & taking my coat etc.
Gem cut and styled my hair, and OMG Gem you’ve not lost your magic. Gem chatted with me and it was as easy going as l remembered.
I felt great and had forgotten how good that felt, I am very greatful for them slotting me in and for not making me feel guilty for having been away for some time.
Escapes of Eltham is still a warm and welcoming Salon, where the client is always centre stage.

Would not go to any other salon. It’s the best around

As is always the case, the staff at Escape are very committed and dedicated to their clients. Nothing is too much and there is always lots of laughter. A great couple of hours .... and the coffee is very good too!

Love all the staff there to me they are not just staff they like a big family love the service and the service they provide. I recommend them to any one.

Marina has been doing my hair for several years now and would not go anywhere else. She is always advising on the perfect cut or colour and definitely knows what she is doing. The staff are all very friendly.

Great! Love my haircut. First visit to the salon everyone really welcoming. Julie (?) washed my hair with a lovely massage and Haley understood exactly what I wanted and explained what she was doing as she cut. Looks great and everyone very friendly and cheerful. The steps they have taken against Covid made it feel safe too.

Excellent cut and highlights by Hayley, and the trainee, Abbey, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, whilst washing my hair. Followed the government guidelines also, screens between clients, and all wearing masks. Felt safe there.

My hair was in serious need of some TLC after 10 long months between cuts. I was so nervous about going, because my hair was in such poor condition. But Marina and Millie were lovely. So friendly & welcoming. Not at all judgemental. I definitely recommend Escape Hair. If they can turn my brittle & frizzy hair into sleak & healthy looking hair, they can do that for anybody. Thank You. I feel more like me again. I don't need any more pony tails to hide my horrific hair.

Wish I’d never gone anywhere else now as moved from area - returned and people still lovely and cut still great. Can’t wait to go back again.

In a world that has gone mad Escape Hairdressing is an escape of pure pleasure. From the atmosphere to the friendly staff who can't do enough for you, then for me the wonderful Jemma who takes my hair from a mad mop to a sleek hairstyle. I would book and pay to just go for the head treatment while shampooing. All round a brilliant experience. Thanks Escape.

First time at Escape Hair this morning. I had Marina who is so lovely and advised well with my hair cut. I'm really pleased and will be using Marina again in December.
The place is clean and following the covid rules.

Love this place! Have had nearly every member of the team cut /colour my hair over the past 20 or so years and can honestly say iv had excellent results /service everytime!

I had a trim cut and blow dry plus roots with one of the owners yesterday and it was a great experience as always from the amazing head massage and hair wash from the apprentice to the excellent cut and colour from the director,

Gemma did my hair, as she has done for the last couple of years. Delighted with the result, as always. This is the friendliest salon in Eltham. All the staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
