I have been going to Escape for 7 years and although they are not the cheapest of hairdressers you get what you pay for!! I've always experienced a professional and friendly service!! Marina always does a fantastic job, they are all great in there ????

Reservations about trying a new salon after 5 years and sadly don’t think I’ve found “the one” yet.
Pro’s: Good colour coverage (Root tint), friendly when spoken to (*****), staff seemed friendly, clean salon, honest opinion on products from ***** with no pushy sales technique which was refreshing
Con’s: Stylist appeared a bit tired and a little disinterested
- Asked me to confirm what colour I wanted instead of matching to my roots as requested, made me concerned re colour
- didn’t ask if I wanted permanent colour or not
- Appointment took a long time (nearly 2.5hrs for root tint, small trim and blow dry on shoulder length, fine hair)
- A very disappointing blow dry; the ends were good but the roots were blow dried flat to my head....who wants that!? Was glad it was raining so I could put my hood up
- didn’t ask if I wanted products/spray, just loaded it on and I didn’t want any hairspray at all (hair super fine)
Initial misgivings about being placed with the Graduate Stylist were unfortunately fairly well-founded

There is alway a happy and welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my husband are alway happy with how our hair is done. They are very good with my very active 4 year old daughter.

Have been going to escape hair for some time and Hayley has always cut/coloured my hair. It has always been perfect especially my ombré! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just wanting to thank all the staff at Escape Hair. I have tried various hairdressers and have been promised a good result. Sadly, I have walked out always disappointed and questioning can any hairdresser produce the effect I have requested after my consultation. I spontaneously walked into Escape Hair and once again, explained what I wanted and this time during my consultation, I was confident to book an appointment and try a new hairdresser. I had a T Section colour and cut today and finally have found my hairdressers!! Friendly, professional and very competent throughout and I have walked out for the first time, extremely happy with the result so will continue putting my hair in their capable hands.

Gem has been my hairdresser for over 10 years always found gem knows how to cut the best and I have tried allot of hairdressers also find gem and the staff at escape very personable and professional can’t recommend them enough
Escape have been my hairdressers since I moved to the area, and I thoroughly recommend them. I like to mix it up a bit with my hair, mainly colour wise, and they are great at working with me and suggesting options to try. The service from all the staff is excellent; friendly and welcoming, and the price is very reasonable for the time and effort my hair takes. They are fab, give them a try!

Had my first appointment with Marina on Thursday night - what a pro. She was nothing short of a perfectionist and I came away with a fresh do and feeling really pleased. Looking forward to seeing her again in 8 weeks and for the foreseeable.
Hayley is hands down the best stylist I've ever had. And I've had a few! She understands the overall look I want and her attention to detail is very good;she gives a technically very good cut.
I've been coming to Kem for awhile now and even though I've left the area I still make the journey here as I won't let anyone else touch my hair! An outstanding hairdresser, he always knows what I want when I come in and I always leave feeling amazing. I get daily compliments on my hair thanks to him! The service is great and all the staff are lovely, you can tell everyone is passionate about what they do.
Love this salon. Always a friendly face to great you and great conversation. Result is always what I'm after. Since moving away I now have to make regular trips back to eltham for my hair cut as I trust no one else with my hair!
