Wanted my fringe trimmed as felt it was getting a little long. So easy to book a quick appt for this - no charge but like having a full appt Katie listened to what I wanted and then together got the fringe to the length I was wanting. Superb treatment as always 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows what they are doing and when to attend to you, even if there are several different people doing different treatments. Everyone is polite and welcoming and my experience at JAM Hair is always positive. Louise doesn’t normally cut my hair and took time to find out exactly what I wanted.

I went for my appointment on the wrong day due to my carelessness. I’m a new mum and am 5 months postpartum so desperately in need for a hair cut. After realising my mistake, the salon was very accommodating and told me that my booked stylist was not available and suggested I’d be seen by Amy. Of course, I said yes and Amy did not disappoint! She listened to my concerns and made appropriate suggestions. I felt like a new person after my cut! Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Josie, as usual, worked wonders on my hair today.
