Long appointment but staff really friendly

Josie took a lot of time listening to my unusual colour requirements. She suggested what and how she would satisfy this.
Bingo! Just what I needed!

I can always rely on Jolene for a good cut and colour, but I am particularly pleased with the new colour today. Perfect!

Absolutely love Josie - she is fun, professional, knowledgeable and honest. All the things you want from your hair stylist. She has got my daughters hair apot on every time too. The ONLY thing I'd like Jam to do is let their customers know in advance how much a big colour treatment will cost. I was shocked at my £266 bill. This is no reflection on Josie at all, but Jam. Please can you let customers know how much their treatments will total to at the point of booking to avoid embarrassment and for clarity. Thanks.

I prefer when Katie washes and rough dries my hair but that hasn’t happened in the last
visits as she was attending to someone else. So not happy about that even though the girl who washed my hair was very pleasant.

I’ve just spent a lovely afternoon at Jam Hair with my regular stylist Josie. She carefully explained the new range of colours being introduced at the salon and was able to match perfectly with my usual colour. As always Josie was super friendly, as were the rest of the staff.

I was well looked after today by Jolene. I was having a colour strip and a new colour match to my natural roots. I am very happy with the outcome. Exceptional service and hospitality from all the stylists. It was almost 5 hours, but we'll worth it.

Back for my third visit now and a cut and blow dry. As before, Jolene takes time to ask how my hair is, how I am managing it, etc. before we agree on how much to have cut and how I’d like it styled. Salon always welcoming and wash and head massage lovely too

Visit today was for a cut and blow dry but had picture of style very similar to what I already had I wanted for an upcoming event. Katie cut my hair beautifully so that I came out with the perfect style to continue with. So pleased with the result ☺️☺️☺️

I have been seeing Louise now for around 18 months to blend in my grey hair, she is always so thoughtful and makes sure I am happy with the results as I have a very sensitive scalp she always makes sure to avoid colour on my scalp and the lovely girls that rinse it off are just as careful. I always feel heard and understood by Louise and the girls in Jam Hair so first class ladies thank you 🤩

Katie as usual always welcoming and chatty. My first experience of a Saturday appointment where I could switch off and not have to work during my visit, I even read a couple of magazines.
The disappointment came when paying and booking my next appointment.
Through nobody’s fault I experienced an impatient entitled customer waiting to pay and unwilling to wait until I had booked my next appointment. Mine and Katie’s dates were not matching up and it needed more discussion than usual. Thankfully, Katie’s thoughtfulness and drive to resolve this quickly took me to the computer at the back of the salon to continue my booking!
I know you can’t chose your customers but surely if they are in a hurry they should make their stylist aware as all of your staff are so approachable.

I was going to say how wonderful and skilled everyone is at Jam but if I do they will be overbooked and I'll never get an appointmenr🥰

I was offered a much needed coffee when I arrived.
Jolene knows exactly how I like my hair and cuts/styles it perfectly.

Louise always styles my hair well to the extent that although I have moved away from Sanderstead, I drive up for my appointments with her. The cut is always excellent and the staff and service are always very professional.

Always a good experience at Jam Hair, very happy with my cut and finish, Josie always does an excellent job. Very friendly salon, I certainly recommend it.

Nice and friendly

After struggling to find a barber who knew his way around a pair of scissors, I gave JAM Hair a go - I’m converted.

Jolene does such a good job of my hair that It still looks good after 6-7 weeks.

No gimmicks like fake wood panelling or “would you like a beer” - just consistent, thorough, quality hairdressing for men.
