It was my first time at this salon and I was a bit nervous but I needn't have been.
Jolene spent time to make sure she knew what I wanted and I was very satisfied with the excellent cut she gave me.
I would go again and recommend this place.

Jolene coloured, cut and styled my hair yesterday and I have to say I was so happy with what she did. Her expertise shone through with attention to every detail. Took her time with colour, great shampoo, yes even shampoos can be good, talking through the cut, discussing how I’d like my hair with her ideas too. Best style finish ever.
First time I’ve left a hair salon and felt I could go out, I normally want to go home and wash and style it myself. Only my second time here and definitely booking back. Well done Jolene thank you.

I’ve been going to the same hairdresser for many years but as it’s an hours drive away I finally decided time to change. I went to a couple and didn’t like them so went back to my tried and trusted. Until I was recommended Jam.
Today I saw Jolene for the second time and I wasn’t disappointed
She did just what I’d asked for and was happy to discuss her thoughts for my hair
along with mine. I have to say I’ve never come out of a hairdressers before ready to go out. I normally have to go home and wash it but today Jolene’s experience shined through from colour to cut and finish and I could t be happier with the result. Thank you Jolene brilliant.

Absolutely love Josie - she is fun, professional, knowledgeable and honest. All the things you want from your hair stylist. She has got my daughters hair apot on every time too. The ONLY thing I'd like Jam to do is let their customers know in advance how much a big colour treatment will cost. I was shocked at my £266 bill. This is no reflection on Josie at all, but Jam. Please can you let customers know how much their treatments will total to at the point of booking to avoid embarrassment and for clarity. Thanks.

I prefer when Katie washes and rough dries my hair but that hasn’t happened in the last
visits as she was attending to someone else. So not happy about that even though the girl who washed my hair was very pleasant.

I’ve just spent a lovely afternoon at Jam Hair with my regular stylist Josie. She carefully explained the new range of colours being introduced at the salon and was able to match perfectly with my usual colour. As always Josie was super friendly, as were the rest of the staff.
