I always enjoy the experience at JAM, from the warm welcome, the coffee and biscuit to the Indian Head Massage and having my hair cut expertly with a fab result.

Had a lovely hair cut and finish with Amy today. Also opted to have a treatment which was lovely and relaxing. Amy always gives great advice for at home care and also talked me through the glowa range of supplements. Looking forward to another appointment with her!

Did a very good job. Washed my hair first then cut it into layers to bounce my curls up more. Styled with a curl cream and diffused. Very good service would recommend.

My first experience of Jam Hair. Very easy to book an appointment - either by phone or email. Even though very busy, I managed to get an appointment with Josie at relatively short notice. Had a wonderful haircut by her Josie. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. Felt very welcome, and offered lovely refreshments. Very enjoyable experience with a very capable and professional stylist. I would highly recommend the Salon and Josie.

I didn't realise how much damage my home hairdye treatment had done, so when I went in for a full head of highlights the result was much lighter than I (or Kate) expected. But she calmly advised me what the options were and helped me choose a toner that resulted in a beautiful colour that I'm delighted with. The Jam team are friendly and professional, and Kate proved herself to be a brilliant colourist. She listened to what I wanted, understood my concerns and, together with the lovely Rosie, helped me walk out of there feeling like a new woman! Thanks ladies!

As ever, came out feeling - and looking, I think - years younger! Have been with Louise for years now and am always impressed by her skills. I appreciate the way she discusses the condition of my hair and its growth pattern, and can always suggest changes and improvements. Then she puts them into action, always with success.

Louise always checks how I’m feeling about colour etc and only does what is needed. I feel she understands my goals and knows that my scalp is sensitive and ensures that this is taken into account. All the staff are lovely and friendly I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Jam Hair :)

Louise was so brilliant as always. With less than 2 weeks to go to my daughter's wedding, she did a final cut for me which looks great. She always listens carefully to what you want.
