After a year of sporting a mum bum following baby number two, I really needed a new look. I had an amazing cut today with Tori. Complete re-style into a cute choppy bob. I love it. I can't recommend this salon highly enough. Such a kind, friendly and talented team. They even entertained my tired, bawling, pasta throwing baby. Above and beyond :)

My stylist is fantastic Matt , but the price seems to have gone up £20 in 5 weeks not sure that's correct I'll have to ring up and find out,

Lucy is a great stylist who listened to exactly what I was asking for and gave me another great haircut. You can tell she takes her work seriously, its busy at lunchtime but she did her best and I'm really pleased with my hair cut. Booked in for 5weeks time. Thanks

I am a professional musician so the importance of my appearance is more than just vanity. Though that to :) I’m also visually impaired. I was given clear directions from the tube to the salon and senior stylist Lucy dealt with the situation sensitively and intelligently. But more relevant to this review, she did a great job rectifying a recent cut (by a competitor) that I was pretty unhappy with. This was my first visit to T&G in London and I was pleased to see the same friendly but professional atmosphere that I have experienced elsewhere.

Rang up for an appointment yesterday, whilst on a train into London. Was able to get a. Appointment the following day. Lovely friendly staff. Abby the girl who cut my hair, really listened to what I needed from a haircut and provided lovely conversation throughout. I will definitely be back. Thankyou to all the staff :)

Very good

I am always made to feel special in this salon and always greeted by friendly faces. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and the manageress is lovely. The stylists are all extremely professional and certainly know their trade and are trained very well. I have been coming for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My hairdreser Mat (Covent Garden) is amazing! Easy to talk to & always makes me feel comfortable especially since I transitioned from long hair to short recently. Very attentive & great banter. Wasn't completely happy with the young members of staff that were assisting Mat. I found a few to be rather rude towards him but all in all a good experience.

I have been coming to this salon once a month for almost 2 years now. Tori has helped transform my hair, while Andra has transformed my colour - brunette to blonde- in a very natural way. My hair's condition is amazing, couldn't be happier .

Andra was excellent as always. She is two levels above other stylists. Lucy cut my hair and did blow dry. I was impressed of her communication skills , she listened to me , took my comments on board and for the past five years she is the first to cut my hair to a perfect standard. Lucy is absolutely brilliant. I will definitely now book only with Lucy. Please let her know my comments, she should be proud of not only her work but how she values customers.
