Experience was excellent however the result simply was not what I was expecting. I showed a reference picture but I did not look anything like it. Used straighteners on my hair and just curled the top with zero volume. Not what I wanted and dried the ends of my hair out.

They have gone the extra mile with the massage chair and the hot tea.

Really happy with my haircut, as I have been with all Lucy's haircuts. This time I asked her to cut my fringe shorter in case we are locked down again for a while, unfortunately now I see there's a deep furrow in my brow from frowning so much this year! Time to stop frowning...:)

Sam gives me a great cut every single time. It looks great when I walk out the salon, and it maintains its structure all the way to the next cut. The cut I got from Sam in March even maintained great structure during the 3 month lockdown! Sam really cares about doing a great technically perfect cut AND about making me look good. I go back to Sam each time because he does a great job.

She is the best!!! Amazing haircut, she definitely knows her job and she advises which one suits you. I’ll come back after the lockdown!

Yesterday, I went to see Andra to have my hair coloured and as always, she did not disappoint! Since. I first started seeing Andra for my hair colouring needs 3 years ago when I just moved to London, she has consistently made me look and feel beautiful! Andra not only does a phenomenal job, but she perfectly executes exactly what I am asking for and I couldn’t be happier! Andra is always so kind, friendly and welcoming and she makes each visit a wonderful one! Between Andra and everyone who works at Toni and Guy Covent Garden, I couldn’t be happier and it is the professionalism, exceptional quality of work that is offered as well as the fantastic customer service and all around wonderful atmosphere that keeps me coming back every month!

Sam is great, hands down. I’ve been very happy every time he’s cut my hair. Easy chatting and sensitive to my very specific ideas about what I want! I can’t speak highly enough of him and he’s worth every penny.

I have been coming to Toni and Giy and getting my haircut by Elle for the past 3 years. This past Sunday, I went for my monthly visit to see Elle for a haircut and as always, she did a phenomenal job! Elle always makes me look and feel wonderful. Elle listens to what I want and always executes it perfectly! Aside from always doing a wonderful job, Elle is always so kind, friendly and welcoming and she makes each visit to the salon a great one for me! I am also thankful to Elle for reaching out to me ahead of the recent announcement that once again, London would be entering lockdown and the salon would be closing. In an effort to make sure I would be able to get a haircut before this happens, Elle personally called me to let me know and to fit me in for a haircut before lockdown and I am extremely thankful and grateful to her for that. It is that kind of thoughtfulness and excellent customer service that keeps me coming back to see Elle and Toni and Guy on a regular basis!!!!

Despite the fact public transport delays made me late for what was a last minute appointment at the end of a long Saturday, Lucy gave my hair her professional best and sent me into the new lockdown with a (choppy bob) haircut I really love. Very grateful!

Absolutely love Lucy, she gives you honesty and so much attention to detail, I love every cut with Lucy and because I know she can make anything look good I trust her with new styles. Today's newbie was a fringe, i love it and so does many around me, it has been less than a day and received alot of compliments!!

It doesn't matter how badly I've treated my hair between cuts, Lucy always works miracles. The shape is perfect and she manages to make all the imperfections blend into a stylish cut that I didn't think was possible.

I'd never go anywhere else.

Lovely to see Lucy again after lockdown my cut was amazing felt totally pampered had a treatment as well which I find makes my hair super soft .Thank you so much , my hair looks and feels fab .

I came in on Saturday get my hair coloured and cut. Sarah worked on my hair for hours and we agreed the end product wasn't quite right in terms of the colour. I came back on Sunday and Sarah was fantastic, she stayed late and worked tirelessly to help me get it just right. I am very happy with the end result and would very much recommend Sarah and the salon.

With no appointment I was very pleased to be able to get cut and blow dry. All very efficient and impressed with the care Miryam took to get a great result.

Stylist had decided what haircut I would have whatever I asked for. Her mask was under her nose throughout. She moved on to next client before even brushing hair off my neck and clothing. Repeating mantra of how nice it was to meet me didn't match rather brusque behaviour. Haircut is OK but this was supposed to be a treat

Sam was really thoughtful. He was asking my opinion every step of the way. He’s also precise with details that I cant even notice. I’m a happy customer today.
