I love the Covent Garden salon of Toni and Guy! The results have been amazing every time and Abby is such a lovely person!

Naomi cut my hair very well as always,she is a great asset to the Covent Garden store.

As usual, hugely careful and attentive service with creative flair from Sam, who is one of the rising stars of his profession.

I return every 4 weeks and have always received fantastic service from start to finish. This includes the friendly reception to Sam's brilliant cutting and also chat.

I'm a returning customer at this branch. Friendly staff, see to all your needs and do a great job on my hair. Only negative I could comment on is that I wasn't offered the massage option on chair during wash but it didn't affect my experience.

I first came to this branch of Toni & Guys (originally based around the corner on Henerietta Strret) on a recommendation and many years later I am still a happy customer.
The level of service, expertise and friendliness is amazing. I've already got my next appointment booked.

The lights above the washing area are very bright, had blind spots burned into my cornea while having hair washed, not serious but not good either...

Nancy is excellent. Meticulous in her work. Definitely going to go to her whenever I need my haircut.

I've been a T&G client for many years but have to say that Tori the manager at the Bedford Street salon has an eye for talent and through the years has recommended the very best to look after me especially when good people unfortunately move away. Lucy who is my latest stylist is the best creative hairdresser I've known with her thoughtfulness when exceeding his exoectations and Andra with her colouring is first class and never fails. But most importantly is all of their warmth and team work that makes this a wonderful salon and experience every visit.

Walked in on the off chance to get a hair cut or book. But got me in and seat in twenty mins. As have a bad hair week. Booked me with Matthew a director. Chatted me through as was gonna have thr lot off after growing out a pixie cut and been chopping at it. Glad i listen to him. Gave me a wonder cut and look like i have more hair than when i started. Plus sorted out the damage i done. Over heard him sorted some bloke out whom was next. Straight and honest. Lovely manner and poliet. Very please.

I had a lovely time at the salon on 27/4. Indira took much care & time with my cut. I left feeing like a new woman. The young woman who washed my hair was very gentle & most efficient.

After visiting another couple of Toni & Guys I find this one not quite as friendly. The man colouring my hair was great and he was really interested. Although the lady that washed my hair was the worst wash I think I have ever had. She was quite rough with my hair, rude and only said about 4 words to me the whole time she washed and dried it. This was disappointing. I also find whenever I go to convent garden a lot of the staff seem to hang around the till point sitting down on their phones which I don't think is the best professional look. However, despite this I was really pleased with the end result.

On holiday in London, staying in Covent Garden. Had heard salon was excellent so thought I'd treat myself there to an overdue haircut. Staff were lovely but cut was really poor (very unevenly cut "straight" bob). My friend persuaded me to go back next day, which I did & the same stylist checked & corrected the cut. Disappointing overall.

She worked wonders on my hair. Remembered how I had it cut last time and the goal I'm working towards

Colorist was running late so my colour treatment felt rushed. Didn't have chance to speak to hair stylist when I arrived either and was charged for style director price even though I'd been advised on phone due to my usual senior stylist being off sick I'd be charged same rate as senior. Not the best experience today as I'd normally expect for being regular customer.

Tint and regrowth

The welcome was nice on saturday morning and Matt was efficient and competent as always. Glad the team remain reliable as always. gee

I have been using this salon for years but don't live near London and for various reasons could not get there for a few months. I tried an expensive
salon, closer to home but each time, the colour and cut got progressively worse.
A visit to Lee, who is always amazing, made me feel human again. He also got Scott to do some corrections to the dreadful cut and between them they worked miracles! I cant wait to have regular cuts and colour once again at this lovely salon. Despite the distance I have to travel it is so worth it. All the team are friendly and helpful and overall its a great experience.

Regrowth covered well but not combed / mixed through for refresh so now have noticeable line in hair colour between old and new. Bit disappointed,usually very satisfied.

Stylist Nancy is legend!

Not happy at all. I have fine straight hair and only went on for a trim and tidy up before a job interview and wedding in the next week or so. Instead, my hair is been hacked to random different lengths and looks more ratty than it did when I went in. It will now take ages to grow out and take time and money to fix. Not happy and not going back again.

My booked stylist was changed without prior notice - all contact details up to date, salon just didn't bother letting me know.
New stylist didn't understand basic questions about how I should go about styling my hair to a new look, eventually gave up trying and just asked for an easy short cut.
Disappointed.

Decided to cut all my long hair off and go for a long bob! I had Abby and she was absolutely amazing as always! Great cut and knew exactly what to do with my hair. Amazing blow dry too!

Really good service from stylists and colourists, just sometimes the staff washing hair are very rough! Could do with asking if their service is ok or if they are being too rough
