I came last Friday for the first time to your saloon. I waited nearly 15 min to be serverved super quick. I had long hair and we cut it around 6-8 cm. The haird dresser was kind but wss pulling my hair, she was rushing as next customer was waiting. I tried other saloons in canary whatf and they were always very precised. Cutting my hair usually takes 1 h. I wanted a style that will look nice after a wash and i wont need to do much to them. It doesnt look great now. It looked nice when i left the saloon as it was modelled. I am sorry but for this money i expected much better care and service. I will not come back.

Very pleasant service

I was able to get an appointment on the day, which complimented my work schedule. All of the staff were polite and conscious.

Went in to get my long hair restyled into a much shorter style. The stylist listened, looked at photos of the type of thing I was thinking about and totally made it work for my hair as well as minimal time for styling myself. Overall I’m very, very pleased with the result and I will be returning for colour and cuts.

Just had my hair cut today. Felt pretty rushed towards the end and I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the new hair cut. Won’t be coming back. Would choose a quieter shop with better attention to details and care.

Had a very pleasant experience at the Canary Wharf branch of Tony & Guy. I came in for a cut & blow dry with Niki who is a stylist at the CW branch. The cut was done to perfection. Niki also offered to use styling tools (GHD curler) that i mentioned i was interested in & the final look turned out lovely, without a hint of ‘trying to hard’. Highly recommended.
