Once again, Lisa managed to fashion my untameable curly/frizzy grown-out cut into something edgy and voluminous.

Emma and Kate are always great at what they do. Kylie did a great head massage and wash. Only slightly disappointing thing was greeting at reception. Lovely guy but came too close to me and his mask was only half on. Came round the counter to speak to me on arrival. Bit odd.

First visit to this T&G but it won’t be the last. John & Lisa made us feel welcome and listened to our needs. Very professional with great customer service. COVID measures in place do not detract from the salon experience.

I got a cut from a senior stylist at the Canary Wharf branch. A few weeks into the cut I noticed it was uneven on two side. However we went into lockdown for a month. Post lockdown I went into the branch requesting for the stylist to take a look at the cut. Usually stylists are flexible about doing quick 10-15 minute refinements. However this branch was very inflexible. They didn’t care if a cut given by them looked bad. The said since it had been 8 weeks I would have to book another cut. Given I had a very short bob and for 4 of the 8 week the branch had been closed this was an unreasonable suggestion. Due to their poor customer service and profiteering approach I won’t be going back.

Would just like to say what a lovely bunch of people In the salon, Egle who dose my hair is amazing always very friendly and matches the colours lovely very professional. I would recommend this salon as I’ve been coming for years.

Toni & Guy are completely organised on the COVID front. The salon was busy today and yet the reception staff made time for each client and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. It’s always a pleasure to visit and John and Kirsten provide an excellent colour and cut every time.

The overall experience was quite nice considering that we are still deep in the pandemic and everyone had to wear a face mask. It was a bit difficult to hear each other when wearing a face mask but it was for everyone‘a safety which I totally understand and support. The stylist was new to me but I wanted to get the earliest available appointment so I opt for any stylist. I only wanted a simple Bob and my hair is straight and smooth in nature so it didn’t take long to get my hair in the style that I wanted.

This girl is a wonder with even the most fine and unruly hair . I think she is definitely the best stylist I have found in London. Plus she is amazingly fast and very funny so not only will she make you look fabulous you’ll also have an amazing laugh as well ... a girl in a billion Charlie

Katie is an absolute rockstar. I very time I cut my hair with her I understand why I go to her all the time :-) and she has such a lovely attitude as well.

Fantastic service as always from both Egle and Katie. Love my colour! The salon have managed all of the new restrictions in such a professional way, without taking away from the service they provide. Such a shame they will close on Thursday for another lockdown. Hopefully it won’t last as long this time.

I met Lisa for the first time today. She was the only weekend stylist recommended by the team for a short, sharp, relaxed Afro trim. Lisa did me an impressive finish; I’m so pleased! Beautifully tapered sides and back, textured fringe and a nice balance of spikes at the top. So nice! Love it!?

Katie is always great both in her abilities to work with what you request and as well do it amazingly. Also great person to chat with!

Lisa is a lovely , highly skilled lady who makes the whole hair dressing experience something to look forward to and I am always at ease and relaxed because I know I am in very good hands! I cannot praise her highly enough!

Lisa has cut my hair for around 6 years this time I went for a short sharp bob, which she cut to perfection. As always I walked out the salon a very very happy customer, just wishing I could make it look this good myself. Highly recommend.

Hello, Toni and Guy, it was my first time having a hair cut and blow dry. It was ana amazing experience. Everyone was so professional, I felt really good from start to finish of my service. It’s a shame I forgot the name of the hair dresser. She was very friendly and outgoing. She don’t a really amazing job for my hair. I would recommend my friends to go there too.
