I'll be honest - it's just the whole
Experience - not just a haircut - from the warm friendly stylish staff and atmosphere to the amazing head/neck massage, followed by a glass of bubbles then colour then treatment/rinse in a massage chair (never had a full body massage THAT good from an electronic bed whilst having my hair rinsed - then cut and the best blow dry style ever - never had so many compliments - or had more self worth with just a cut and colour but it is truly amazing what a good cut and colour and all round general pampering / time out can do for one's self worth / esteem and soul ! And all considering I just left it all iin the capable hands of Charli ! A very very happy customer, many thanks 🙏🏽

Been coming to EJ for many years and I love the place. I would t go anywhere else.
My only comment is that a regrowth colour, and rough dry, took over two hours. As lovely as it is in the salon, that seems a bit unnecessary for both parties!!

Colour is fantastic. Experience is always brilliant. However the seats for the hair sinks are not at all supportive for people’s back. In addition they don’t support taller people.

We appreciate your feedback about the salon chairs and apologise for any discomfort you may have experienced. We understand that salon basins are not always the most comfortable, however we try to make them as comfy as possible with the massage function and elevated leg rest. We have many cushions available in the salon if you would like additional support for your back, and can also provide an additional boost for your legs to see if this provides you with more support on your next visit. We also find that some taller guests prefer to not use the leg rest as it is more comfortable for them that way. We will definitely take this into consideration and are more than happy to make suitable adjustments to ensure better support for all of our clients where possible.
