I have been coming to the salon since it opened and always found the staff lovely and always get lovely cut and highlights.
However yesterday as well as the time before when I had a haircut, I get to the till and the price has gone up by £6-7 which I find quite outrageous. There is no warning of this either or signage to say prices have gone up.
I paid £110 last time and yesterday suddenly the same service with Mide was £116 without any explanation.
I don’t like to quibble but I feel this is somewhat misleading and unfair to the customer as I got a. Coming confirmation that clearly stated my haircut was to be £110 yesterday.
So I was disappointed and felt slightly cheated by this. And as a very loyal client for over 10 years I felt I should be treated with more care and transparency.
Also I’d like and explanation about this as I left feeling somewhat apprehensive about returning to the salon given your pieces seem to escalate every time I have an appointment.
