Mide is always very professional, confident and outstanding at her job. She makes you feel special and comfortable all at the same time. Her conversation is interesting, but never too much. The whole experience is, as always completely amazing and I came away feeling loved and looking good.

I have been a regular at Edward James for a number of years. This was my first disappointment. I felt as though my stylist was distracted the whole time. I was not give the opportunity to check the length of my hair before it was blow dried and when I asked if it could be cut shorter at the end I was told very bluntly ‘no’. For the amount of money I paid this is just not good enough.
I have been coming to Pavlova for the past 3-4 years and have always found her work outstanding. She’s meticulous, very good at engaging with her clients, always open to understand their wishes but also very tactfully share her expert advice. I’d recommend Pavlova in a second!

I’ve been seeing Natalie for a few years now and have always had the most amazing haircuts. My cut is so often commented on by friends even after 10 weeks. Admittedly I have a fringe cut in between cuts but my style lasts for ages. Natalie is so lovely and professional and it’s always a joy seeing her!

The experience at Edward James is outstanding from the moment you walk in the door. You’re greeted with a welcoming smile and the head and neck massage is wonderful whilst you’re waiting for your stylist. Ed and team really care about how you’re doing and everything you need and give a personalised approach. I had a beautiful treatment for my hair as well as a cut and blow dry and lots of samples when I left. Edward J will always be my salon- I wouldn’t trust anyone else
